All useful points helpful, very helpful, thank you. However the suggestion is just to get Turboshale producing oil from a Field Test. Not to go straight into Commercial production. Then put it on the back burner whilst getting on with Petroteq and Greenfield.
It was successful years ago with Chevron, in a commercial test to produce oil.

Now we can start talking about the POSP and when can we expect to see oil followed by cash? GLA

Well, I don’t know if anybody else has noticed, but the placing was for £1,500,000 pounds. The sum to be paid to Greenfield is $1,500,000 US dollars.

Well £1,500,000 = $1,875,756 US. The difference being $375756US = £300,000 £1=US1.25

So they have put in for too many shares or we have another gaffe by the directors.

However, I would suggest that that extra cash is not paid to any directors as a bonus or pay increase. Make yourselves busy boys and do the next TURBOSHALE Test, with this money. You have got nothing else to for the rest of the year.

And here come the sellers.

Yes, Kai, that is why I am placing hope in our partner in the USA, to find the cash for Greenfield. I feel more confident if the VALKOR CEO were to be handling it than attempts from the U.K.. As far as I know travel to USA is still restricted, and, I would imagine, getting worse re the Covid increase in the states. So it is easier for the Greenfield partner to handle matters. Plus through Greenfield TOM is a partner to a working technology to produce clean oil.

That is what happens when you don’t invest on fundamentals but a quick buck always loses.

Yes, Orslega, all agreed. However any fund-raising other than a placing would be preferable. I feel that VALKOR have the contacts, and that money is for Greenfield. it will be for Greenfield, basically led by Stephen Byle, working an already proven method of producing clean oil from tar sands, will appeal far more to ~USA investors and banks than the U.K. Just a hunch that’s all.

Well, as each day passes, a placing looks less likely. In The CEO Of VALKOR we have a great partner, he is a successful businessman in his own right. I think he might help TOM, to raise a bank loan in the USA on the back of Greenfield, now that they are moving onto the Petroteq site. Stephen Byle will be well known in Texas, there the banks know oil very well, having financed the frackers to their great cost. The banks might be interested in clean oil technology, and if anyone can convince them, it would be this gentleman. Aimho

I agree nwgb. I think TOM May get a deal the other side of the pond , the JV being an attractive proposition. Plus maybe oil and revenue in a few months. More than they will be getting out of investing in the fracking companies. aimho.

I agree Not Sure, that sounds weird. All of TOM’s assets are in the USA with 2 USA partners. VALKOR must have Banks that they have dealt with in the past. We can hope.
