The fundamentals of TOM are brilliant, that is why it is worth buying in. Just a week to go for Valkor to upgrade the Petroteq system. 500 bopd to upgrade, then move on to push it up to 4000, maybe, bopd. TOM gets 1000 bopd. It is sold forward, so they get the money before the oil is produced, at $50 per barrel as it needs no refining. $50,000 per day. The debt can be paid off in just over a month. Why go for a listing anyway. Valkor have agreed to be paid as and when TOM have the cash, Underwritten by clean oil.

Work begins on Ashphalt Ridge in a week’s time. It should be about a month to prove up the equipment. Then step up output which should generate dollars as a JV partner with VALKOR. The prelim work to build a 10,000 bopd machine. I have no doubt that they won’t stop at 1 machine. So, the sp is probably about right before work starts at Ashphalt Ridge. Provided that the information provided to clients was correct for a placing. Not every word written in rns’s can ever be 100% correct. If it is a genuine mistake it can and should be taken as that. Not a good start for the new Chairman I do agree. It may be that the wrong info was passed to TOM by VALKOR. TOM then become the innocent party. The CEO of Quadrise has already cleared it up from his perspective as the injured party, and happy to continue with the project. This is where Solicitors, regulators and beauracracy earn fortunes by arguing over a couple of words, and contribute nothing to the project.

Everyone, myself included, was belly-aching about no news. The directors were aware of that, so, as soon as news was available it was pushed out. I am guessing that in the rush to publish the news, it wasn’t properly checked. Mistakes are made, to err is human. It should not have happened If correct procedures were followed. So whoever is culpable should own up and apologise. By tomorrow, I expect VALKOR, TOM AND Quadrise to be singing off the same song-sheet.

Dusty, they just got one word wrong scrub VALKOR for Quadrise and it makes sense. Just need to approve the licence now. I am sure that Quadrise will rise to tha occasion.

Yes, correct orslega. However, some months have passed from that rns, and Covid is coming out of lockdown. It would be a mistake not to do the Turboshale Field Test this year. The holes are drilled, the weather is good, the antennas have been modified, it will only take a month once the equipment is in place to carry out the Field Test. If successful,producing oil, it would rerate all of TOM’s reserves, making the company more valuable.aimho
