Hornedrum.... if i was on the board and had the Career defining opportunity of taking an explorer into production at the start of the lithium explosion wave we are being told is coming inexorably..... then absolutely id be driving the fast track route.... as i would also be if i owned a project management company and had the opportunity to solidify my reputation as bringing such projects online under tight delivery schedules.... there is far more money to be made down the line for these guys if they succeed and they could become members of the increasingly Australian club of mining elites.
This lithium wave is a career defining opportunity for these guys, who could have alternatively spent their entire careers on marginal gold mines that never quite delivered more than enough profit to develop the next opportunity.
Do i think they are progressing this fast track? Absolutely and we should see the proof of this in months to come.... do i think your depiction of the situation is true? ...... no.

Daz.... bgs ousted last bod because under scrutiny they were not progressing your project in any logical manner.... the proof is the now extended delivery program you guys have. To suggest the same is true at KODAL is laughable....
Please, we have just been given an outline timeframe via recent interviews and we are awaiting a more formal update on this shortly. If we manage to achieve the timescales so far stated we will have shaved nearly 2 years off a typical mining project cycle.
Bull about whether members of the board have enough shares is only relevant when they start to fail to deliver.... and that hasnt happened imo.

You could be right on the timescale James, however i dont agree that the new aquisitions will be a factor. The areas are speculative at best, and arent included in the current 1.5Mt processing plant consideration. That is just my point of view but it would be a crazy decision to slow up the fast track operation for this reason.
Im still hoping for a communication this week (or next) that will set out the project plan and answer such questions.

H5O .... i had completely forgotten about "news the market would like" claim from last year.... certainly does feel like we are just getting our chains pulled...

Maybe a knock on effect from our neighbours having published such a long project timescale.... lets see if our project plan (hopefully coming next week) can redress this.

I dont believe we will have similar news from Kodal as Bgs..... remember their incoming BOD have had to assess the situation handed to them........ Bgs shareholders can look to blame the previous BODs for this latest kick.... not the current ones.... personally id like to wish them good luck with their development plan.... their production will come onstream right in the middle of the Global lithium demand expansion so they will still make a s**t load of money.

I read/heard/interpreted the plan as simple DMS to get us into production quickly and revenue generating with the floatation curcuit added later to increase recovery (is this the initial 1.2Mt plant increasing to 1.5Mt? Seems to fit if it takes us from 60% to 80% recovery).
Shad..... you are just a provocateur .... it seems like you understand the process probably better than most however you spout negativity using only selective information.

You were right about a cash call (as was i, only i expected it to come in a couple of months time) but its only 7% of the existing company and therefore not significant.

Im looking forward to the information flow in the coming month .... should clear up some of this negativity

Hornedrum.... we do know what happened to the bulk sample.... nothing. It hasnt shipped yet. No cloak and dagger stuff .... just a failure to tell us the plans had changed.
In a podcast earlier this year it was mentioned as a target.... to ship and process the bulk sample.

SC would have known about the details of the placing for 2 reasons imo..
1. Such large investors always get the ear of the board
2. They have a man on the board who would have been involved in the decision....

I did expect an issue before production to support running costs but looking at what i understood to be their cash position, i expected it in a couple of months when the sp had started to rise.
The take up by a single investor is in my opinion fundamentally positive, especially if it is an II.... but it makes the discount galling....most of us here think it is undervalued at 0.2...... never mind 0.014.
I agree .... we need more information on this deal. We own over 60% of this company and should get more disclosure on such moves.

If the news about lithium shortages in the next 5 years are true i wouldnt worry about +/-5% or 20% estimate accuracies.... the normal rules will be bent in order to get funding to key projects..... imo

It might be that this video wasnt promoted at the time because it pre-empted the JORC numbers..... anyway great reinforcement of other correspondence.

Sorry Mogwhy....i dont understand your point. The 12 month maximum sp clause is to prevent market manipulation leading to a company being bought for a steal. It would represent the minimum that could be offered.... my point is.... in order to get 80% of punters to part with their shares and force a takeover they would have to offer 10 times the current share price.... so your concern is unfounded ....

If they make a cash offer at those prices im predicting tumbleweed...who is going to sell at preJORC levels?
