I saw that in the RNS InI back when it came out and i was a little surprised that it had suddenly been put back a couple of months.... then BA had a presentation with proactive on the same day and he clearly states on target to submit the EISA in April with an exciting list of newsflow expected in the meantime. He actually repeats the April submission timeframe .anyway... info would be good.

Sorry... replace speculative with prospective.... basically the same meaning.... i do agree...fantastic aquisition....

No friction from me James. I apologise if i came across that way... and dont think for a second that i dont believe there is a significant chance that the new tenements will be a very positive purchase.
I call them speculative because thats what they have been referred to so far by the company. Without any drilling or metallurgy results thats all that they can be called.....
When i said 'jack all' what i was alluding to was the risk that it may contain contaminants that reduce its value or make it unsellable... the Birimian plot next door after all is noted to have high iron content.
We are trusting in the nose and nonce of a seasoned geologist in BA so i am hopeful it is positive.... my real reason for highlighting the point though was that i really dont think this will form part of the EISA... no more than a footnote if anything.... but i want to hear it from Kodal. After all we were expecting some form of news on this front this month.

I agree BiB..... one day away from the promised EISA submission so we either get that submission or an explanation of current situation.... its a minimum requirement imo

Disciple.... i wouldnt take the headline figures from this without knowing the basis..... i.e. how many years or miles were the comparisons made on and did they use cradle to grave figures on both the the Ev and IC basis....the 144 figure for the diesel used as comparison sound like the figure quoted in marketing literature, which is running emissions only. I bet every gram of CO2 produced for the EV (including Li miners lighting their farts for fun) was included in that number.

This looks like a loaded study published by an alternative future energy option that doesnt want to lose its research budgets.

I think shouting from the rooftops is better James... nobody can buy us out without our 28% chinese investor agreeing to it and im guessing they want to retain their degree of control....

It's always been that date Reso.... and the field development has always extended past this date. Are you suggesting he has forgotten to organise for an extention? To be honest it will be s paperwork exercise .... not in the bag because it has to be correctly applied for.... but it wont be witheld.... imo

The IPPC would have been huge a year ago, and he would have been doing interviews left, right and centre to tell potential investors of the company's plans to develop. Now it has been overshadowed by the stimulation permits so maybe he is waiting for them before interviewing as without them there is nothing much to say....
Unless he is going to start giving details of the litigation or the opportunities outside of Slovenian.... imo

Wonder how close to the month end the EISA RNS will be.... will there be more details on the development plan then?

Wonder whether there will be an interview to go with this RNS.... to give us more background on the appointment...

Keep your ears to the ground guys..... see if there are any rumblings .....

My view is that finance will be sorted.... i's dotted and t's crossed by the time the permits are awarded and this is the man brought on to ensure we get a good deal and follow the correct financial governance.

I hadnt expected that RNS either but its a good one.... going on the guy's pen portrait included in the RNS that is....

Dont worry... i didn't feel condescended to...... more importantly though, there should be by late summer/ early autumn, little doubt as to this projects delivery in my (hopeful) opinion.

Better to say unsupported by rational bankable information than to say laughable hornedrum.... and i agree with that. At first production the company will be giving us their plan for the next stage of development and we will be chewing the numbers then with more knowledge and less hot air....
Between now and then i will regularly review my goals..... my current plan is i will take a bit of profit here up to production.... hopefully to have recovered my investment by then. Seems sensible to me....

Just to be clear..... im not giving investment advice based upon 5p..... 1p im happier to say i expect within a year, because i can fit the numbers around the numbers BA has given us for development of the the 3 areas so far..... 5p depends on how they manage the next stages of development..... i know that i will be keeping a portion of my investment here to see how far it eventually goes..... ill be keeping it in a bag with a liberal dose of fairy dust.... just to be sure. All imo.....

I dont think your figure is Daft James.... perfectly salient. I think 1p is a reasonable number for production of the extent of supply we have currently investigated.... but i see consolidation of position once money starts pouring in and the sky is the limit..... its just difficult to defend a number above this even although we both think it is very achievable..... im with you up to 5p.... no timescales offered....

I cant talk for the cash position of Zan or his drivers.... i can only speculate.
He has seen his last project into production and he may have applied his knowledge from that project here.... and decided it was his opportunity at a little added risk to make many times his fee by going many for options.....
If he has then that bodes very well for the rest of us.....

Brockster. i didnt say the IPPC wasnt important. it is VERY important imo. I have stated that a few times over the years. The stimulation permits are MORE important at this time due to the poor production levels.
I would definitely buy a dog lead on the way to picking up my new dog but i wouldnt go down the park with the lead and suggest i had both.
The shareprice will fly with both permits imo. but not just the IPPC.

The stimulation permits are far more important at this stage. The IPPC permit on its own is like being given a dog lead to take your dog for a walk, when you dont have a dog.

Bring on the other permits and this share price will fly.... and be maintained imo

Doubt it.... the IPPC gives us nothing unless we can get gas out the ground..... any suitors would be waiting on the stimulation permits imo. The same would go for getting funding to build the plant. It is fairly normal to be able to source Capital for plant and equipment from debt..... but who would lend with the stimulation permits still to be judged on.
