That’s the how the ACTIV2 trials are setup, it’s the same for the other candidates.
It will move fast from Phase 2 to Phase 3 and seamlessly.

Just watched RM Fox News interview several times, considering the limited time and apart from the initial stutter I thought RM came across well.
He covered all the points asked of him succinctly.
Personally I like the fact that his British credentials shone through which I believe the Americans appreciate.
Having carried out a live tv interview many years ago it is nerve racking to say the least when in my case there was hardly any pre-interview brief, probably was the same for RM.
So for me it’s hats off to RM for handling this interview in a professional manner in our potentially biggest market place.
With regards to the 10’s to 100’s thousands of treatments comment I believe this was just a generalisation that can be forgiven.

My big worry for short term gain.... the virus will end up circumventing this one dose regime before another shot can be given....very worrying ....

Can that regime change for a vaccine that’s been trialed for optimum protection..... be applied in this case with a fast moving mutating corona virus as opposed to other immunisation programmes ?

I hope it can but my confidence levels with this decision is very low.....

Strictly speaking Synairgen has a PCT in place for patent applications which covers 153 countries ....
They do already hold patents and or applications in key territories such as U.K. USA Japan and EU....
however they now have the option under WIPO rules of applying for patent protection in other territories but these have to be applied for in each individual territory .....
It will be of course a financial decision on what further territories they wish to obtain protection....ie sales potential and costs etc....
I am sure their patent attorneys along with Synairgen will be well on top of this and will be advised accordingly....
