I was merely making the point we have a contract enforceable in law. It will be superseded upon signing of a final contract (s)
I made no comment on damages beyond the intentions of both parties ( as evidenced by the largely completed draft contracts) will be taken into account, amongst other things, if damages were being sought.
So to reiterate, it’s not a conditional contract. Re jurisdiction, almost certain a clause stating jurisdiction of a more developed country would be agreed for obvious reasons - depends how good our lawyers are.
There would be compensation for loss of profits to some degree assuming we didn’t fook up, amount dependent the above and other representations which we holders have no knowledge about - sending over the king of scanning for example is a plus for us etc
