Re Garyn, he’s a good bloke but caught up in the nation habit of trying to justify your decision ( to sell in this instance) based on a very flimsy point of a , what was an hours day, in a placing. My view is why stick your neck out when there is a inkown - keep quiet, see the auction blue light and L2 ticker blinking, read the RNS in 10secs and fooking pile in ! Best way imo

The other point to take into account is the relatively very small number of shares . They have been going round like confetti recently but once peeps think, there is real value here as opposed to punting like mad, if that supply tightens for medium term gains , a bloody great pop is poss. All depends on traders but any savvy trader/investo can see 40p is your risk free level. Frankly, a no brainier for a hold

No expert in oil but from a corporate point of view, if they didn’t think it was worth 35p the placees would have demanded a big discount given how strong their hand is in the current equity raising environment- crap for companies! And if it doesn’t rise to 35p, they may buy more on the open market. With 40p warrants ( and not many) that SP area looks safe to settle at
