MMs modus operendi on a particular share assists me as does volume. Currently the 5% peeps are moving it atm on no volume but that will fade with time.

Don’t forget, L2 shows all these mms and quotes; in reality there is only one for each stock. The others just show up - ask your broker to see what number 2 / 3 down the list is really asking / offering; you’ll be surprised.
That’s why there is any decent , competitive pricing ; one bloke controls the lot as makes his 5% for his boss via an algorithm.

What he’s saying is if they are borrowed and there has been a naked short, temporarily these shares don’t exist - they don’t exist on execution of the trade(s) but they will exist or disappear; they are either issued ( to fulfill) or bought back ( to cancel). So yes, in this age of subterfuge plans and massive volatility- totally possible - we await with more interest!
