I'd be more concerned if a company and it's directors was reacting to short term share price fluctuations. Hopefully they and their 60 odd employees are taking zero notice of the sp and are getting on with creating the company. Others have said it but it seems obvious now looking back, the rise from 10/12p to 18/19p was over inflated due to the launch, now it appears to be dropping back to that level as short term investors exit.

The sp has done this a few times, dipped at start of the day then slowly recovered. I see Watching is brown trousering again ;) They waited and waited until Oculus Go was released. Now they are waiting for other headsets to be released before showing all their cards. We have to come other major hardware releases, rolling out to China/global and first live event to come. NDAs were multiple at one stage were they not? Something must be brewing with these. I wonder does it matter massively what Melody do at this stage and wonder if the sp lives and die short term by the perceived early success of the Oculus Go/VR and not evrh. We have had plenty of good news for Melody and reviews but still the slow trickle down to where we are. More headsets on the market = higher sp imo. I’m personally happy with the exposure Melody have been getting so far.

Can somebody explain this please? If I am understanding this right then it possibly affects my position as a LTH I must admit. There is an element of risk with the investment and the upside needs to reflect that.

They have said they will be drip feeding content to the market, for various stated reasons, which is the best way forward imo. No need to show all your cards at the point when Oculus Go hasn't even had it's official launch yet, not to mention other hardware providers. It will hopefully enable a steady flow of activity and interest. Agree with comments on the live events aswell. I think with current Headset uptake in it's infancy and likely high operating costs, I think we'll be waiting abit longer for this. Adele has retired btw, doesn't do live gigs anymore, so I'd rule her out. Beyonce would be the monster to land for first live VR gig. As an aside, imo 3D printing will still have it's day imo. VR will aswell.

Thanks for the link Apple. They are using their own website (free) and Indeed (free) to find these people. Not placing much importance on filling these vacancies with the right people then. No basic salary detailed on the Account Manager vacancy also. Uncapped commission suggests this 'account manager' will need to bring accounts on themselves. I don't know any company that hands out accounts for a new member of staff to manage and then pays commission on said accounts.

It will be in the artists interests to promote it, because they will be sharing in the revenue. Artists have needed a new revenue stream for years that can’t be ripped off. This is it

I do agree. Not all negative posts are derampers. I posted some questions when I first joined this board and there were 1 or 2 touchy responses, when all I was doing was asking honest questions about my investment. Is there a link to 18th May details please.

I didn't follow the share price today but more good news I see, with BBC6 coverage and (hopefully) impending WSJ exposure. I'm with Whatshares though just reading this through. I can't see people going to a festival to watch a festival they are at in VR LOL.

Isn't trying to time the market just gambling though. It dropped from 18p to 16p then bounced back straight away to 17p few days ago. Who is to say the same wasn't going to happen again today. My only regret is that I topped up last week at 16.5p. No free funds to go back in. As Tones, Whatshares and others have said, those that believe in the long term picture of EVRH and the VR industry won't be panicking, I know I'm not. I haven't had chance to properly have a play with my GO yet since it arriving yesterday but the apps I have tried, it is super immersive, and transports you to a different world. It is early days but when people try it, they will want one.

Does the world stop spinning if it does drop to 12's? Are you going to buy back in Wheelman if it does? Does the pub you live in have decent wi fi to make the purchase?

Hi Hollie, what is the major flaw that you speak of? You mention 3d and 2d but I don't see the link between that and this. Whatshares, are you saying it is my partners eyesight? I should have mentioned she is long sighted and wears glasses occasionally! I must be a deluded investor because I think the app is really good. The 2 people I have shown it to have also had genuine great reactions, and they would have said it was cr@p if they thought so. This was never meant to replace people going to gigs, it is in addition to. I am surprised at how much panic stations there on, people deserve to lose their shares and future profits if they can't withstand some minor turbulence.

Also, if this is the beginning point of the tech and the melody app, then I am very excited for the future. I just hope R&D spend is a priority to stay ahead. Still, they have made all the right moves so far imo, so I have full confidence.

Finally got to try the Melody app and very happy (and relieved) to report I think it’s a winner. Gave it my old man to try and he loved it aswell. Gave it my mrs to try (who is a massive music fan, goes to 6+gigs per year minimum, but is also a technaphobe) and she was totally engrossed and giggling away. She liked the concept and said she felt like she was there. She said the graphics on some views weren’t great, but we know the affordable hardware isn’t going to be there yet. I can see this being massive for live concerts and live festivals and now believe even more in the product and the company. I know there have been good reviews on here but you’re never sure until you’ve tried it yourself. Just to say; people saying music is to listen to - this enhances the experience, no doubt in my mind.

Theatre is mentioned (in addition to sports) in the admission document. (page 19) 'In the future, the Enlarged Group may seek to explore new content verticals such as sport, theatre and education and is interested in pursuing opportunities to deploy its existing technology as a white label SaaS solution, enabling broadcasters to launch their own VR platforms and channels.'

I am relatively new to investing but do prices jump (up or down) based solely on release of results? Investors buy into the 'story' of a company also don't they, not solely wait for earning reports. Also, if more shares are being brought than sold, then how can the mm's keep the price down? Am I simplifying it to think demand for and scarcity of shares dictates the sp? Either way, short term up and down is neither here nor there for LTH's. This fat cat investor buying �11m worth sounds like more good news.
