Somebody will take my shares. Is news finally coming?

Thanks MrH. So 51m shares sounds a lot but doesn’t dilute a great deal in the grand scheme of things, around 4%? Am I right in thinking they can exercise the warrant then sell them straight away which is what can cause the sp to drop? Which is what has happened this week possibly?

With regard to the warrants, can anybody explain in laymans terms how they work in this instance. I'm struggling to get my head around it if I'm honest.

Have we the shareholders just been diluted from the 1.29billion total shares with another 7million? If so, this can't be the reason for the downward pressure?

Also the 51m warrants next year, does I understand it correctly that people can buy 51m shares at a price of 1.1p and we get diluted a further 51m?

James has answered with some fair points. Regionally, where they are based on the coast, a company can get away with not spending too much of the recruitment process, i.e. advertising, using an agency etc because of word of mouth and he states they have a good potential talent pool nearby with Cisco, IBM and the University within 10 miles.

You will always get a better calibre of candidate by widening your job advert exposure however and also some of these recent vacancies I believe are national.

To say they are shelling out 225k is alittle misleading, as you don't pay an annual salary upfront do you. And they have to go through the process and make appointments (to state the obvious).

But if you hold strong through the turbulence and don't sell then they can't cause too much harm....can they!?

Nothing in the FB newsletter gives any new information, sorry to be negative. Maybe I am being harsh and these delays are normal for an IPO? I have only participated in 1 other listing and that went smoothly as planned with no delays or areas of concern.

As regard to Klaus website, what parts impress you exactly shaun? Didn't impress me much at all if I'm honest. Costs next to nothing to proofread a website. I'm trying to find info on the company he started and helped list in 2008 in the US called UCP, can anybody find anything?

Soltace what reasons do you have that make you think the walk throughs have been successful? What are people’s opinions of those placings? I’m a novice investor but that reads like a lot of investor money has been burned at high valuations. Happy to be wrong and interested in people’s views? Unless that is all in the past now and it’s Halycon or bust now next 12 months?

Im weighing up an investment here myself. AR will undoubtably be a massive market but they will be in direct competition with the likes of Apple and numerous others. Evrh doesn’t have any direct competitors so I’m not sure the revelance of them keep being mentioned here, unless I’m missing something.

I'm not saying they are fake btw, just pointing out where are the paid adverts if they are serious? And to say they appointed by the previous (free) adverts for an account manager and the other vacancy - where is the proof? Again they may have appointed, but solely placing an advert does not mean this is the case.

These adverts will be part of whatever narrative they will go with at the AGM I assume.

You say yourself you are suspicious of fake job ads. What makes putting a few adverts on free websites and them then confirming on the phone validate this for you? I think that is the point.

Those adverts are 27 days old apple. As I say, it’s free to post on Indeed. And likewise their own careers page. Where are the adverts from recruiters who are working these vacancies?

Facebook is a great business though and short term sp fluctuation is always about sentiment. Fundamentals of that business are still the same, just as they are here with Melody.

Thanks BA I hadn't seen the Facebook sp plummet. They have billions in their arsenal, so at least that is something! Somebody asked the question when the other hardware release dates were, does anybody know?

I am holding because this is a long term investment and nothing has changed my view of the future prospects. In hindsight I would not have tied up so many funds so early, but not tempted to sell any at anywhere close to these levels.

That literature hasn't been proof read. Like alot of the other literature on the website and various links. I contacted Investor relations on Tuesday and heard nothing back. Tried to call this morning and 1 is on holiday until Monday, the other is in a meeting - I asked if he'd been in a meeting since Tuesday....awaiting a response

Adele would be great but I think she has retired from gigging. Didn't she knacker her throat up from endless tours etc? I suppose in a way VR would suit her, the odd gig here or there then watch the money roll in. If the rumours are to be believed she is still a share holder aswell. What makes you say that Brown, have you seen some Oculus sales figures? Was it your friend that had some of the data on usage etc?

Who else is doing Circadian lighting though Gobig? PSL didn't invent the sun did they, there will be 100's of other companies offering the solution, no? PSL can't patent the rhythms of the sun unfortunately
