I think it's the reason many are invested here, because we are on the cusp of exponential tech advancement with 5G, AI, IoT etc. VR now will be very different to VR in 3 years and that is what I am investing in here.

I would imagine we will need similar tie ups with the likes of Tencent before we are able to launch in the behemoth that is China. There are market barriers to entry that don't exist with other countries. I have every confidence in the BoD that such talks are on the horizon.

I wonder what the £ fee is to release an RNS? Maybe the BoD are not too concerned with the short term sp, knowing this will be many multiples of the current mcap in 3-5 years.

VR in the mainstream is never going to be built on the cr@ppy 'screenless viewers' as David Whelan referred to in his interview as not proper VR. It will be built from standalone which is growing and wlll continue to get better and better.

I think if an RNS to be released, I would prefer news of a release date for the PS4 for the Titanic feature, as this is revenue waiting to be capitalised. Also if it is being released on Oculus Go aswell.

Considering Sony's involvement in EVRH to date, Apple have made multiple acquisitions of AR companies, Tim Cook on record saying how much he likes AR - I think in the short term, imo Sony will be where our App is available on mobile. i hope I'm wrong and it is available on Iphone aswell but as Max points out, the new Experia is set up for VR. I have had this phone for years, is great, great battery life compared to the Iphone.

Do they not have millions of options/warrants at 1.1p or 1.4p whatever it is. Why would they buy back at 5/6 times the price. Unless I'm missing something.

Also news and updates are not going to change anything whilst the sp is being manipulated. We have had loads of news flow and it has continued to drop. What will change the sp is when the shorters and mm's decide it's time. imo

My worry is and has been since I realised I should not have sent money to a Danish bank account, is that these delays will just keep continuing. They were supposed to IPO months ago. These newsletters quoting user numbers / talking with ‘renowned investors’ and the like, these statements must be true if they are releasing statements like that.

Not sure how to tackle trying to get my investment back from this Fastbase ‘thing’ (choosing my words carefully). Is it worth getting a solicitor involved or am I throwing more money down the drain? There were other investors on here last month, any views from any other Fastbase investors? Or just any experienced investor who is able to advise in a scenario like this?

It would be interesting to know if they are spending any R&D on AR compatibility.

Also the 2 year cash burn, do we think this includes projected revenues or is it assuming zero revenue?

Scamcap the longevity and success of the company requires them to be as lean as possible in the early stages in terms of burn rate, whilst the industry developes. If Melody spent what NextVR are on Marketing then we’d be doing another placing in 3 months and getting massively diluted. Makes no sense at all until the mass target audience are able to access the app. It isn’t that hard to understand folks.

There have been plenty of positive updates that have not made any difference to the sp. Only news in the short term that will make a significant difference imo is hardware sales figures and / or details of the app being released to mobile phone users.

Don’t invest more than you can afford to lose (or do without in the short term).
