I am looking at this overhead Gibbo, not getting bogged down in the nitty gritty. I just believe that UK and EU will bend to the US will in the end. This is what I am basing my argument on. As I say, I could be wrong. Nobody knows what will happen, just my view.

I guess I am trying to look behind the curtain alittle bit with my view. I could be way off but at the same time, I wouldn't trust official perspectives from politicians. It's all one big game of poker that's for sure.

Slipperz you are projecting your own perspective onto what it is you believe that I see. I expect big changes too, and don't believe anything is static. Trump pulling out of all these agreements and wishing to negotiate tells you it's pretty obvious things are changing. Maybe they are not changing in the direction that you hope though.

I see Gibbo's point on the small company factor but in reality it doesn't work like that does it. Smaller companies have to do as they are told, otherwise they get cut adrift.

Thanks for the replies. It seems I did answer my own Q but thanks for confirming. My personal feelings are that I just can't see EU risking US sanctions, whether they are making provisions to deal in Euros or whatever loophole it is, I just don't think these plans will actually go ahead. Maybe they were hoping Trump would soften his stance, but I don't think that will happen. Just my gut feeling. Folk can have meetings and talks / photo opportunities on Twitter but I think it would be really difficult to get the agreements over the line in reality.

Has anybody ever thought the Directors were forced to sell in order to cut the right people in?

I do not believe AM or SH would have been able to sign the deals and agreements with the big boys / music labels if they had kept all the slices of the cake to themselves. They will have given away equity and warrants as a necessity to open the right doors imo.

And folk mentioning Directors need to buy, they have warrants at 1.1p or whatever, why the f would they be buying shares at the current sp, even if they were allowed?

Playing devils advocate, what happens if WSG don't get any contracts from Iran?

I personally don't see as how WSG can deal with Iran. EU not going to risk US sanctions just to trade with Iran imo. WSG is an interesting company, I am wondering what the sp would be if Iran wasn't in the picture. The current market cap hasn't priced it in at all or pricing in Iran contracts as a small possibility?

I am looking forward to more details on mobile compatibility though asap, to get some revenue coming in and avoid us getting diluted in 12-18 months time.

If the past 3 months is anything to go by, I don't think these titbits of news will make much difference. This short seems to be helping with the downward pressure, along with games from other MMs.

I agree with the VR no mans land comment on the surface, but I do believe there is plenty of traction and gains being made behind the scenes, both with EVRH and VR in general. SH said they have seen 18 months down the line and the headsets are much lighter. I think we are still 18 months away from the beginning of the steep upward curve and exponential growth.

Watching that Oculus event last night, it reaffirmed my belief that VR will be everywhere in 3-5 years and will transform many industries.

I am heavily invested in both, but am not bothered 1 bit by the sp. Not sure if I should be or not haha but I don't plan to sell in the next 3 years at least, so it doesn't matter to me.

I only wish I had the funds to top up and average down. It seems abit harsh for buyers now to get in cheaper than investors who stuck their neck out last year.

I could be wrong but isn't the resolution quality also relating to what Wi-fi speed your streaming from? I am sure they did announce an improvement / update to the Go.

It is great that Oculus are ploughing ahead but EVRH must be targeting the lower end of headsets as I don't think you don't need any of the gaming features to enjoy the Melody app. Mobile phones and cheaper headsets like the Go. I agree with you that this Quest release probably doesn't move things along for EVRH. Only serious gamers will go for it initially, which isn't the target audience for the Melody app.

New app on the Go that will allow other people to view, either on their phone or tv, what is being viewed on the headset.

YouTube VR being launched. Oculus venues and nextVR mentioned along with live concerts. Also nextvr will offer live comedy. I think this will really work and evrh should be tieing up these venues they are signed to, to get rights for comedy aswell. Comedy gig not worth going to live unless you are near the front imo.

No worries robo, yes Quest is the name. Seems to be a Rift but standalone and at $399 much cheaper. Not sure I can sit through this avatar guff!

Anybody watching? Oculus Quest to be launched Spring 19. No great surprises and happy with price point of $399. Any less and it would undermine Oculus Go so happy it isn’t more.

Today and tomorrow we are going to get some exciting updates I think. I don't think the sp will do much but as a LTH who is invested in the future, I am looking forward to the next 2 days of news.

I agree music is everything BA but I am sure you will agree, we are at the mercy of VR headset adoption. I think even the news this week might not affect the sp too much, as I think the sp is more in tune with VR sentiment and hardware sales as a whole. I do agree with what that article says in that games and porn will be the main drivers to VR adoption. I agree with you that once established, VR music will surely play as big a part as any.
