This share has been so misunderstood this past couple of years. Anybody well researched knows that the story is just beginning, as bidstack gain a footing in an untapped net new advertising category. Still the dinosaurs are here, talking it down, looking to value it like an old fashioned O+G share.

Explosive growth is coming this year. The business model scales out without friction. The heavy lifting tech wise has been done. Exciting future for this UK company.

True. Bids doesn't need lockdowns to thrive though. Plenty enough play video games, without people being under house arrest. I don't see SMB's being destroyed and the economy shrinking being 'good news' for any private enterprise in the medium term.

Last lockdown the market dipped. he's saying. Economy needs jobs, people earning, small business' able to operate....dark winter indeed.

Breastsnare I started buying in Feb 19 at 6p but yes did continue to add on the way up (and down) as the story got better (or so I thought). We all know they missed targets in 2019 miserably and revenues then needed to catch up with the hype.

I believe we are getting closer to that moment as the 17th Dec TU says. Investors pay a premium for growth as you will know, and we have the following here:

H2 2019 - £110k
H1 2020 - £275k (+250%)
H2 2020 - £1.5m+(+550%)

You can't argue with that growth, and considering we are just at the beginning, with ducks not yet all aligned, shareholders are rightly excited for 2021.

There is no mental block here. I have fully researched and intend to hold to watch the story play out based on that research. That research is invaluable because it gives me full confidence to hold for the long term and ignore the noise and skullduggary of folk trying to get people to sell on BB's. Like we have here with you.

Lots of potential news outside of results being confirmed.

Bids have said they are well positioned to benefit from the new platforms. Could mean PS5, Xbox, Google Stadia or Amazon Luna. Ubisoft+ selling all those games for $14.99 per month will need to look for additional revenue from elsewhere to supplement loss of games sales. In game Ads will surely figure. Watch Dogs: Legion has plenty of empty ad space around the game. Same studio as Hyperscape. 2+2=?

We are also waiting on news of the ad category TBC as a stand alone media channel in its own right. This will unlock big spend, and where the donkey work bids have been doing with the likes of Dentsu, WPP and who knows who else for the past 18 months will reap big rewards.

Feels like a move like we saw to ATH's is beginning. Helx might get his money back in a month or two at this rate.

James said himself in his last interview back in Feb that most investors didn't fully understand the technicalities and what they're trying to achieve. Numbers will help but some detail to fill in the grey areas is also needed. Even if not James, to hear from somebody like Derek Wise again or Lewis Sherlock would be very welcome.

I don't disagree with everything you say, I just think they have been a zero in terms of marketing to investors this year and for me that needs to change, for the sole reason of dilution being minimised in the next fund raise.

It is ok running a company and making progress, but there does need to be a demand for shares in order for the value of the company to increase. And I am talking in the short term and for the sole reason to protect current investor value. Most important of course is product development and meeting client needs 100%.

Take the Ubisoft news or IAB Gold. Details are bare minimum and no interviews done to try and fill the gaps. The TU update was bare minimum but I'm not too bothered by that so long as there is meat on the bones when the numbers come out.

But we aren't going to agree which is fine.

Investor comms were too much in 2019, and too little this year. A balance between the two would be very welcome imo.

What you are advocating is a similar strategy to this year. You are wrong I'm afraid because look how the sp has performed this year, along with a diluted raise at 4p. The company is undervalued. Not another fund raise at 4p please. Regular updates to help bring people up to speed with progress is what is required.

No thanks, more of the same please BoD. Steady progress meaningful progress, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Pushing an RNS every time someone foes for a s.hit does nothing to provide value to investors and attracts parasites who feed on the volatility.

I understand why you wouldn't want news flow that attracts traders but as a LTH I disagree with the above for the reason that bids will be due a fund raise in 4-6 months, and bare minimum newsflow will equal maximum existing shareholder dilution.

This is a company trailblazing in a net new ad category. The market needs educating on the significance of certain news pieces. For example IAB Gold accreditation. There should have been some PR at the time from bids around what this accreditation meant and how it fits with the long term plan.

£5.9m cash as at 30 June 2020.

Cash burn in the first half of 2020 £2.6m. Have taken on more people but revenues are also increasing.

Even without further revenue increases they could probably stretch out to June 2021 if needed.

So potentially 6 months to bring game changing news. Not out of the question. If they formalise a deal with EA then you've missed your chance. Could also see strategic investment next time around. Herald liked it for £1m before revenue taps were on. Think the queue might be a bit bigger next time around.

I’d be interested to know why you think that Roley. The obvious excuse would be that there have been some game publisher delays this year.

By my calculations, if they hit the approx number you suggest of around £1m, then if revenues are increasing month on month, then a ‘very significant’ 2nd half weighted uptick in revenues will not have occurred (other than over the Xmas break, which is surely to be expected).

It is still very much a grey area as to what the catalyst is for this ‘significantly 2nd half weighted’ uptick.

Hallowed - we have been told by bidstack that they are well positioned to benefit from new platform (streaming, Cloud) and new console releases from Sony and Microsoft, all of which are happening now.

So one would presume news from this direction could drop at any time.

Just to say Sloan1983, the below article in fairness was abit more than hearsay. It confirmed bids had worked with EA.

There is ZERO evidence that any other IGA platform is working with EA, so whilst there is no official RNS or long term exclusive contract, bids appear to be in the driving seat with the ideal game publisher for IGA's, all evidence considered. Likelihood is that EA as the whale are calling the shots, and don't want to publicise targeted ads to their customers any more than they have to.
