And I'm not going to turn into a troll here but just finally to answer your list on achievements:
Feb`20 - Appointment of Andrew House to the advisory committee - The IGA company in bed with Sony is Anzu, not bids. Also what price are the advisors options, how much time do they give? We don't know.
Mar `20 - Bidstack and Codemasters New Gaming Collaboration - Non announcement, didn't list the game. There has never been any volume of ads in any Codemasters game
Mar `20 - Partnership with Gfinity and Venatus - Bids no longer appearing in RNS's between the partnerships of these 2 companies. We've never seen any evidence or confirmation of what this deal was
Mar `20 - COVD19 Business Update - claimed covid provided a boom to the business, now the Feb 21 update claims covid is to blame for downgrading of revenues, with slower sales cycles.
Apr `20 - UK Government's "Stay Home Save Lives" campaign - Very good. UK Govt advertised everywhere, radio, tv for 12 months
Apr `20 - Independent Research Report from Lumen - positive but already achieved the year before, so confirmation of what we already knew.
May `20 - Collaboration with Codemasters for DIRT 5 - we have seen hardly any ads in this game to date
May `20 - Very positive AGM statement about future growth (worth a re-read) - err revenues downgraded 50% for the next 2 years?
June `20 - Successful `significantly oversubscribed` placing raising £5.5m, aswell as additional participation of the Chairman and three Directors raising a further £200k - placing done at last minute at year low valuation. £4m of the 5 went to PI's who proceeded to flip their investment and stagnant the SP for 2 months. LTH's given no opportunity to participate
June `20 - Herald Investment Management buys 25,000,000 shares - the best news on this list
June `20 - Bidstack receives IAB Gold Standard certificate. - Anzu already on IAB Gold 2.0 with half the cash burn and headcount
July `20 - Trading update confirming a 10x increase in revenues y/y.... and a
reiteration of revenues being `very significantly` H2 weighted - positive but was from a v low starting point
Aug`20 - Interims, again stating that the second half of 2020 revenues will be
`very significantly` weighted versus H1.
Sept`20 - Exclusive Agreement with Ubisoft for Hyper Scape - we are still waiting for bids tech to appear in this game
Nov `20 - Dirt 5 release from Codemasters - as above, hardly any ads spotted
Dec `20- Trading update states being on track to exceed market expectations for full year revenues! - achieved by gaining what appeared to be around £800k in low margin revenues. Probably the Hyperscape Burberry deal, with bids acting as broker, when we all thought it was their SDK running in the game.
Feb `21- Trading update confirms that Bidstack has exceeded market expectations in respect of revenues. £1.7m vs expectations of £1.5m. - value plummeted 50% because of zero forward guidance and profit margins decimated
