Whilst you don't know me, it means such a lot that you have shown concern, empathy for my hospital treatment. It is making it easier for me to be positive about the outcome. All the best, and enjoy yourself. JJ

Pete, the treatment itself is simple and like having a scan; involves a scan with each of the 33 sessions and takes less than 10 minutes. The enema is the uncomfortable bit but was ok yesterday. Off shortly for my second session. The big unknown is how the body will react as the treatment takes hold. My fellow patients, who were near the end of their course were all chipper so I'm trying to stay strong, one day at a time. Road works caused a problem yesterday so even earlier start this morning. A magical RNS today would be even more 'special'. Have fun. JJ
