Good morning to the early birds, one day this will come good. In fact its the best investment I have ever made, although only a paper gain as not tempted to sell. JJ

I still look in on this bb. Currently I am having radiotherapy for prostate cancer, 33 sessions, and now only 9 remaining.
As a holder of MTRO lets hope we have some good news on the 23rd(it would have been my Mum's 96th birthday, it must be a good omen). The RNS may suggest there is not going to be anything special when the results are declared. JJ

Covid does not stop the treatment. If you get covid they treat you with the necessary extra degree of care. JJ

Radiotherapy update, I began with a programme of 33 sessions, and today had my 24th so now just 9 to go. And all is good, in a strange sort of way I look forward to the hospital visits. All the best to anyone out there who is scheduled for something similar. It has been a lot better than I feared. JJ

Dear Rosie, I have not attacked you and wish you well. I don't have a particular view on AMGO right now, but 'am prepared to take the gamble on the outcome. You have made your case for why people should not be investing with AMGO and stated that you have never shorted, so I still cannot understand why you would bother with this bb when you have NO financial interest in the company being a success or in its demise. Good night and in future I will simply ignore your posts on here as they have no relevance for me. Good luck and I hope you find an investment which you can put your hard earned monies in and contribute to a healthy financial debate as you see fit. JJ

Dear Rosie, so you are not shorting and if we are to believe you it follows that you not investing in AMGO but have posted on this bb in excess of 100 times in the last 30 days. Surely that represents a waste of a young life. Clearly you are not learning anything here, why not go to a bb where you can invest your money and benefit from your own wise counsel. Dear Rosie, please tell me why you are telling us over and over again that we are making a mistake in buying/holding AMGO. I accept you believe we are making a mistake but once you have told us, then surely you are wasting your valuable time. My investment here is modest and was made knowing the risks and if I get a nil return then that is fine with me. Please help me to understand why you feel the need to protect us, or are you simply bored? JJ

Thank you Neil. My 20th session was yesterday and have 3 days off now.
13 sessions to go with my final one on 28th of this month.
Had a wobbly moment or two after the first week but all good now. JJ

Popped into Next in Cowley Oxford, it was dead with more staff than customers; didn't buy anything. Went on to buy food from M&S for lunch and plenty of footfall there.
Comparing the picture for share growth over 6 months, MKS have out performed NXT. I'm happy that MKS is getting to a better place. JJ

On the day that I achieved a milestone of 20 radiotherapy treatments. Can see the finish line now.

I was referring to a windfall tax that taxes the banks and not an individual investor. Its been done before, and people are calling for one on the oil companies today. No doubt later this month we will hear the banks being lambasted for their profits etc.. JJ

Its good to be positive, although the increase will be of greater benefit to the likes of Lloyds/NWG etc., We have to be patient. JJ
