It is shocking the numbers likely to lose their jobs from the retail sector, and don't forget MKS is also in the process of reducing the head count. Job cuts so often get announced in December, the small consolation is that some will get a tax rebate. Lets wish them well. JJ

Is Boris going to announce a Brexit deal tomorrow as we come out of lock down, it looks like the markets are expecting it. JJ

I think people are going to be out in great numbers, where they are allowed, probably wondering if there are bargains to be had. Arcadia - 'expecting sale of the century, is this going to increase footfall for MKS. IMO MKS food sales could go through the roof, but shoppers may stay away from our clothing. Any thoughts??? JJ

Having used at least 10 times now, its much better than Waitrose/Tesco who I have tried. From what I can see there is an enormous opportunity to see more of the MKS product lines. Being a fairly typical pensioner if they offered say packs of socks then they could get another £10 from me. In the current environment I'm not going to the library offer me some paper backs and they can have another £10. do that with 100,000 customers you are taking another £1/2m a week. How I would love to have the job of increasing the average basket 15%. JJ

Right now I want to see the share price at 20p or higher, and then I can start to dream; suspect that I speak for many and maybe the majority??? JJ
