Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I like Darren (mr understatement) Bowden I do wish someone would hand him a blooming big trumpet and tell him to blow it (with integrity) in the middle an RNS!!
Its an outstanding job imho and its about time they had moment to beat their collective chests before getting back down to work!!
It would be nice to have a dividend, it really would, just from the point of view of the effect of bringing this company to the attention of the wider (sometimes myopic) market and the on the stock price :-)
But I respect Darren's plans and lets gace it, They have done an amazing job. For my part, my investment has gone up "X7" since 2019/20 when I got interested.
That's pretty good going and if the company keeps getting revalued at this rate, I will be very happy
Well Done Darren and team, brilliant job
I owe you a beer for that original heads up Lee, I made a decent amount from it and bought a new van from the proceeds.
I'm hanging on to my 3.3m shares and will buy back in during early April
Thanks for re explaining that info, I needed it
Considering that those of us who have been here for a while may have averages nearer the .90 mark, may have been selling at 2.80 or 2.60 to release needed funds is a nice little profit on AIM list share.
The same could be said of any larger corporate holder who may be very happy with well in excess off 100% profit
I had previously parked a small income windfall into this share 2.5 years ago(that I was always going to spend on wine, women, song and drugs) and having been almost permanently on Holiday since Oct last year both in Europe and Asia (came back last week) . That (income) now has swollen and has more than paid every expense I incurred with a lot left.
So thanks Mr Bowden, we had a fabulous time. Late last month and this month I sold some of my holding to create that free holiday above. I had no wish to draw more from my sipp and slip into the next tax bracket so used some of my ISA profit
I have considered selling more to effectively pull out my whole investment and leave behind a very large (free) holding as my Motorcycle Race season starts this Sunday But I'm enjoying this journey so much I will hang on now for that fabulous debt free day and dividend announcement and I have a new year to dine out and I have enough left to keep going until April 5th and can use my Sipp again.
There are a multitude of reason for each investor but that is an example of mine and we should expect this share to bob up and down as it climbs and folk (corporate or otherwise) reach a point of "satisfaction and cash in. Yes it does feel somewhat undervalued too me as well.
Currently holding 3.3 million and very happy
AAZ did this and then reached a sort of tipping point, where all we had to do was strap in and go for a rocket ride, Thanks to Lee for the heads up.
I cant remember what the element of that tipping point was, any chance of a reminder of the circumstances Lee.
Peter Piper, I just did the same thing yesterday and its clear this guy is just a "Troll" getting himself off on sounding like he is clever little boy selling short etc. But in fact it is all nonsense
Wondering is he is related to our previous Troll Spaghetti hoops or whatever his name was. didn't we get rid of him by not feeding him?
I have well over 3.5m shares at an ave .87p now . MTL and in particular Darren Bowden have been a gift for me that keeps giving.
This is another great result I would urge you to listen to CV7, Lee and Carefree and many others, they have been right all along the line imo and I am grateful for their wise words on these pages and I thank you.
Ive done quite well out of this share, previously doubling my money and selling half a month before the share was suspended, (thats what we call luck!) then buying back in a couple of months after we traded again. Occasionally, I have sold on the highs when I needed too. as well as buying on the lows 2 times this year tbh. for example
Last Autumn I had £8k (which is for my income)hanging around and invested it in MTL at approx .82p rather than a building society in the past year that money has doubled and last month I sold some to pay for my India holiday at 1.97 then yesterday I sold again at 2.03 to get ready for another break I'm already committed too in London and Crete when I come back. If I take away that action from just my £8k from last year it is now worth £10.5 k I'd call that a good result.
When MTL is trading at 10p I might regret those sales. The reality for me tho has been a fabulous adventure with this share and Darren Bowden and great support from the "sensible" heads on this forum
I will still buy on the dips but I fear the dips will become fewer in the next few quarters
Good luck all and keep buying the gift that keeps giving
Jim
Thank you Lee and CV7, this has been a long journey for sure. I thank you for your constant and wise common sense words. Fwiw I'm not bailing out yet and having bought in 3.8m at less than 1p Its still doing really ok.
I have tho, a few moments ago sold £2k worth of shares as it pays the balance of our Delhi trip in November. so that will appear on the list today not that it should make a difference
Currently in NW Spain with the motor home. Typically tho, all of this happened whilst we were on the boat to Santander. So a bit of a surprise this morning!!
When do we think the 1/4 results will be out, I was patiently awaiting for them. I'm sure they will be good
Jim
Well Done darren, your a great Captain of our ship.
I might not have agreed (never publicly) sometimes and even been slightly impatient at times. But your vision and concentration on the targets have been lase straight and now we are looking to a really sunny horizon
Thanks
Jim
As there were no third parties involved and the authorities don't consider it to be an industrial related incident, it sounds more like that some poor worker has literally just died whilst at work.
I don't consider it something (with regard to the statement in the RNS) investors should be worried about.
Someone lost their life today whilst at work and I trust MTL will deal with this unfortunate incident with compassion and care to the individuals family. My thoughts are with all concerned in the incident
The thing I have learned and very much liked since the very first day that Darren Bowden took up his position as CEO.
Is that apart from being laser focused on his objectives, he is not afraid of the truth or afraid to speak it, When Darren says with regard to LOM that he is "confident he can extend" He is not bluffing or playing political stock market BS. He actually means is is "confident" that the life of the mine can be extended.
So strap in and enjoy the ride!!
They have done a fabulous job and with a great captain at the helm. No B/S just straight talking, truthful feedback, realistic goals and getting your hand dirty. What a great team, fantastic job, and a massive slap on the back from me!
So well done MTL its been a great to surf the waves with you so far. Now that we have passed the barrier reef. may good winds bless the MTL privateer as we sail towards the gold.
Fazioli??? Retired Hopeful:- as I live on a boat I would have to upgrade the boat first, so I will stick to my Yamaha upright until a few pence more appears on the horizon :-)
Another punt today entirely from profits in LEX brings me up to 3.5million for an ave .93p and still showing a profit of £9+k overall.
We are off to Iceland for a week of aurora spotting tomorrow and may get a chance to buy some more when we get back.
So very happy right now and can't wait until January for hopefully some good news
Have a great Xmas everyone, see in in the very prosperous new year
Jim
Quite agree with you both, I sort of needed to sound it out a bit and I thought sod it and bought 110,000 @ .90p before you replied.
So im in now for 3,110,000 at approx .91p a bit down on recent pricing but has to go blue soon.
Jim
