Still Ganfeng have yet to detail their engineering design and flowsheet process deciding to pay hundreds of millions of dollars to keep it privvy, now I'm sure they plan to share this revelation with their remaining JV partners very soon as global lithium prices soar.

I'm happy to wait for news that has substance MikeBWell rather than manufactured news to fill a void, the chances of news today was probably the least likely in months due to Brazil's national holiday (Independance day, thanks EV_Bull) and so on cue the trolls took advantage - maybe tomorrow then.

Like EV_Bull covered we are circa 50% lithium investments - 99.5% lthium carbonate showing huge gains YOY and 20%+ MOM, Ganfeng weeks away from taking control of Sonora - I will wait patiently to see if they make a play for our JV's.

EV cost has reached parity with ICE - gamechanger and ahead of expectations by even the most optimistic five years ago - lithium pricies will go hand in hand with EV sales - J curves and lithium price increase might well surpass EV sales as manufactuers realise the days of ICE are numbered.

Shame we have lost focus on 50% of what will drive the price of 50% of our assets - we all have a different outlooks mine hasn't changed much in several years and all the evidence is supporting this.

As emotions run high and low watching the SP there's one thing that amazes me is how shallow is someone's life that they will sign up to a BB under multiple aliases to take a swipe at a stranger who has a different opinion and then recommend their own posts - no gains or losses on a share would lead me to that gutter existence.

just my timeline March 2022 for assessment of whether to hold, reduce or call it a day above £1 I will probably skim some cream off the top - Sub $100 / Kwh is the tipping point where ICE is no longer competive againts EV and BYD have achieved that with their blade LFP technology and is already in many EV's but the line up they have being launched will IMVHO change the auto industry with costs comparable to ICE - The BYD Dolphin couild be a mass seller but others in the range look very competitive. The blade battery is also being used by other manufacturers including Tesla in China - it's very safe!

As we approach COP26 I would expect to see policies being announced to accelerate the take up, BYD will change the car industry with affordable quality EV's they have already achieved the magic sub $100 / Kwh battery and I see figures of $55 /Kwh - remember lths' $100 /Kwh was parity with ICE vehicles that's busted!

Well MikeBWell end of March 2022 is the window I have set myself to take some profit or cash in to take a few years off the retirement date to be self funded.

A year for every 12p in SP so I'm counting backwards from 120p at the moment just eight years to make up. I don't have the same emotions as those looking shorter term - but still feel if you are under pressure for an earlier exit.

How good does it need to be MiKeBWell? 32p looks great but we've been there not so long back, I'll watch and add more if the price dips further but have already done so above todays price up to 29.3p - now if someone can give me the SP for around end of March 2022 please - I can see many lithium companies making great gains by then and hope we are amongst them should Amapa still be in the balance.

The EV news is for me as good as it gets after following for several years - that's were I'm looking together with movements in the lithium space - could be EMH alone covers our mcap in coming months.

BYD, anyone keeping an eye on the EV market, they have some great cars coming very competitive like the Dolphin and their battery tech seems to be a world beater BYD blade!

Speculation
In a recent study, Mining Watch Canada, Red Mexicana de Afectados por la Minería and Colectivo Geo Comunes, warned about a group of small Canadian companies with alleged lithium projects in Mexico, which, however, are idle, but are used for implement speculation tactics to generate income on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The report of these organizations based in Canada and Mexico details that in the country there are 36 projects of foreign capital destined to the extraction of lithium, which are controlled by 10 companies, of which only three have real activities in the country: Bacanora, with the Sonora Lithium Project; Organimax, with three developments: La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey, and One World Lithium, with the El Salar del Diablo project.

Meanwhile, the companies with lithium projects in Mexico, but which are inactive, are: Radius Gold, Infinite Lithium, Rock Tech Lithium, Alien Metals, Zenith Minerals, Litio Mex, Pan American Lithium Corp and Zeox.

A source with knowledge of the Bacanora project in Sonora, who asked not to be cited, stressed that his plan is unfeasible, since it is a clay deposit, the concentration of lithium is very low, therefore, its extraction requires a large amount of energy, and at the moment there is no technology in the world that allows it to be carried out profitably.
