Seems to me that the GWA is for now closed given the Spirit situation.

Cash preservation will be the first consideration I would have thought, and that in itself may well delay all immediate new drilling ventures until we are out of the CV19 woods .

Plus, I had also hoped that the OGA would, from what I have previously read, be more forgiving and flexible, but from your last post re LC it would appear not.

Maybe we will just have an extended period of cash generation before future full development plans can be agreed?

You may well be right, but my view is that Trump/Putin/ MBS/ will keep in the 30's, as they have no choice as of now.

From what I was able to discern from the article, Spark have strong financial backers and for me they could very well be the partner to replace Spirit should matters change?.

Bottom line is this, all parties are hurting right now, Russia with a required $45, SA $80 per barrel, someone has to fold their cards first ,as it makes no economic sense at the moment.

As for HUR just hold or add, that will be my strategy barring CV19!

Yes testing has to be ramped up, money has no value whatsoever, when faced with such a dilema as we all do, F--k my HUR shares, all I care about for now, is my daughter as a Nurse with the NHS , and that's all can I worry about for now.
