The ASX youtube video is very good and I am 100% convinced that the same strategy has been used on HUR in the past, maybe not for now as no need given macro events, but watch out for the Algo's Dr T, get us off AIM FFS!

I agree 100%, also given that HUR were supposed to be looking at matters of Corporate Governance and have previously but faintly hinted at a main listing, now would be a good time to main list, am very surprised Kerogen et al are not pushing for this?

Well worth a listen to, bottom line for now is just treading water until the price of oil increases over a BEP of $26, but at least HUR are actively considering matters such as ; 1. Refinancing/Dealing with CB's . 2. . Isolating the first 40m of 7z horizontal /water section should it be proven this is actually required in order to increase production but that remains to be seen if the Perched Model is correct, and from what Dr T stated, I think that is clearly the case with respect to temperature data and water volumes decreasing upon opening up the 7z well. 3. Possible Lincoln tieback, all down to OGA approval of course and the Spirit JV Field Development determination.

Overall, am a lot more positive most particularly on the Water Issue, I think Dr T really covered the questions well and our the main issue for now is the POO!

But to get back to the thrust of the question, yes Sailplane does have a very valid point, and maybe Dr T and HUR might push for this, ............ but from what I have gleaned ,OGA requirements in satisfying the grant of a licence, require data to ascertain factors such as the outer limits of a field/reservoir?

In other words the OGA seek specific data from a licence holder as a condition for being granted the licence and that condition may or may not, be beneficial to HUR?

So the OGA are simply 'Resource Map Buiding' and care little as to whom finally develops the resource ?

I may well be totally incorrect in my perception but that is what comes across to me when reading in between the lines.

So in conclusion, I cannot see the OGA agreeing to another drill right next door to the two existing 6 & 7 wells?

I may be wrong here, but I thought 205/21a-7 the pilot well subsequently became 205/21a-7Z (Horizontal). ie, they are one and the same as far as their location and are not 2 seperate distinct wells as your post might infer?

Love the Stones, once slept rough overnight in a queue outside the Apollo in Manchester back in the late 70's and was certain I would be able to buy a ticket for their concert.
