E.G.. see the buy of 118762 earlier and now sold back at a modest profit.

The mega dip this morning will probably create an opportunity for day traders to trouser a hefty profit quickly. Hence we see some sells starting to appear. May take a day or two for this to go back to its normal trading range.

If anything this makes the PVR and LOGP licences more valuable. I notice that EOG and PRD have not been impacted at all by this fiasco. Frankly I would love to buy some more at this will price but I did stop up yesterday so out of funds at the moment.

There is a lot of money being shifted around at the moment into ISA'S and SIPP'S. MM'S are taking advantage of this to try and shaft people. I was going to move stuff meself into my SIPP, and I'm damned glad I didn't do it today. Should have done it 2 weeks ago when prices were much more stable. I'm gonna wait till next financial year now as I don't want to lose any money on the deal. I can wait one more year for the benefits.

I've been digging around a bit more. Apparently there was indeed a majority in favour of PROGRESSING THE BILL TO COMMITTEE STAGE. This does not mean that it has been voted into the law of the land.

There is nothing on this in any of the 3 Irish national newspapers or on RTE or on the People before Profit website. Anyway...it does not apply to existing licences, only the granting of new ones so not an issue for Lansdowne or PVR.

Anybody know what the crack is with the surveys? Mentioned in the year end letter to shareholders that planning was in progress towards doing 3 well site surveys this summer. I've not seen any application go in to the relevant government department for a permit. Anybody know whats happening on this front? Are they trying to get a potential farminee to cough up some money towards the costs?

And furthermore...the bill only proposes a ban on future licences. Existing licences are not affected. So even in a worse case neither PVR or LOGP could be impacted by this proposal.

Manyana. The loan from the UK was small in comparison to the EU bailout. And it was not a charity hand out. They're getting decent interest rate on it.
