Medco are sure taking this one to the wire. I think they have until Monday to declare if they are in or out. Playing their cards close to their chest...probably hoping to spook holders into selling up and depress the SP as much as possible.

I'm out and about at the moment. So can't do the calc. Suggest you consider that logp own 34.6 million barrels of oil equivalent (post farm out) at (say) $10 a Barrel that equates to 346 million dollars. Divide that by the number of shares in issue and see what you get.

Yes...I believe you are right. Seems to be a consensus on that point as the SP here and at PVR has been creeping up steadily since the new year. Looks like 3p a share here in the not too distant future.
