Thanks for getting back on that. I agree they look great...especially the interior. I was hoping they would use them on the Dublin route and I could have a trip on one. Just done some checking out on this issue and it seems that a Mexican carrier has had to ground and cannibalize 4 Sukhois to keep the remaining ones in service!

That's interesting Station. I hadn't realized that City were having probs with the Sukhoi. I've been looking out for them at London City but it seems they are deployed elsewhere on contract flying I assume. Hope the problems are not too severe.

I think you are being a little harsh on our CEO. She has a reputation as a good negotiater. As for Branson...I don't know what his game is. But he is a notorious old stinger and has not bought a single FLYB share to date and we are now 6 weeks into this process.

Nothing wrong with banking a decent profit....thats what we're all here for.

I think that is quite likely as well. This saga has been ongoing since mid November now. Bound to flush out an offer early in the new year. Not long to wait IMO.

Today's end of year operations update seems to have been something of a damp squib.

I've made my mind up. I'm out! Just sold up cos if this bid doesn't go through I can see the SP tanking. On the other hand if DNO up their offer I can't see them going above 160. So risk/reward ratio not looking good for holding.

QUITE a busy little day all things considered! Oftentimes the market fizzles out on Christmas Eve, so nice to see a fair bit of activity here at FLYB, and a good few fairly chunky buys as well! Merry Christmas all.
