No use filtering long term holders because they offer a bearish/ realustic view on things, having been invested since well before last week.

For the last year PFC has been hit because they have been unable to fulfill their debt commitments, for several months now the bondholders have been granting monthly extensions. However they have already stated that even when their perilous financial position is resolved, their will be a significant dilution through d4e.

The differences are that there was a constant gradual decline in equity value over several months, it was known, and despite their significant contract awards, they were unable to get bank guarantees to fulfill the contracts.

Probably all started with the David Lufkin fraud affair.

But what worries me, that never once not even in March 2020 did they ever suffer a 60% capitulation in one day.

Think it dropped from about 240 to 160 in one day, no where close to 60%.

Totally agree with your summary, 3 consecutive quarters of progress is really good news and more than justifies change in sentiment here.

I think the progress made in NA especially the recent successful schools bid season, puts them in a strong position regarding potential sale value, and given that if they maintain this level of progress, deleveraging organically is more than doable.

This no longer seems at risk of a fire sale.

Given the amount of time and effort spent on a board where they have no intention of investing, smacks of highly inadequate and more than likely impotent characteristics, very sad that someone needs this kind of mental stimulation, and gloats at others losing money
