Totally agree here, the book value is at least 3-4 times the sp.
Being listed here is clearly not working for anyone except shorts.
Even a forthcoming dividend has not changed anything as far as the sp performance.
Also why aren't IIs or any large shareholders filling their boots ?
Needs an activist investor or just sell the bloody company, it's hopeless for everyone invested.

This is performing like a big capital raise is coming.
I guess the only crumbs of comfort are the BOD buys in December, apart from that it's just looking like capital destruction on a large consistent scale for shareholders.

I thought this held up fairly well yesterday considering the turmoil, so this can only be shorts or some unknown strike related news.
I keep reminding myself of the dividend to offer a touch of comfort.
But this share really does suck.

Stockepedia have a potential forecast of only 0.7p for FY23, however if they meet their disposal target, there should be surplus cash, and also there's definite reason that the entire debt has to paid down, most companies have some debt as long it's manageable.
Possibly a final dividend of 0.7p as a starting point and special dividend of ????

You can certainly tell they increased their short, very weak again on a bounce back day.

These are getting closer and closer to the bond price which was 0.58 yesterday.
Is there now a risk that this will require a capital raise soon given its loss making, probably burning through cash, and still no significant contracts being formalised?

Don't jump down my throat, I'm heavily invested here, but beginning to think that without a significant increase in order backlog, these are not a bargain anymore.

And to top it off, this all started with a US bank and their indexes are all positive.

I can only see 2 buys last September and 2 buys last March , and I think the March buys were after FY results.
There were a couple of tiddly ones in between, and I think Helen Weirs purchase in September was in good faith as a new BOD member.
Hers was the last one 6 months ago.

Not so sure LG, there were very little buys from BOD or IIs last year also.
Only 3 UK director buys since March last year, last one only 31k shares in October.
And very little II movement also.

Peaky sold his 50k the other day that he bought at 125, he still held some at 150, he was hoping for a buy in today, but he's buggered.
The Sp is now probably what he sold out for.

Best thing about today is Peaky doesn't get his 119 buy back in.

I just had a look at First groups basic fundamentals, and noticed that at year end 22 their debt was 1.4 billion, ok revenue is larger than NEX, but no one bangs on about their debt, and Liberium didn't today with their 50% upside from NEXs target price.

Do you think this is why we're doing ok today, or because of First groups update?
It just seems very out of character for NEX to be green on such a day!!

The way the US markets are selling off more than not, just look at tonight again, it's really looking like extreme volatility continues for us aswell.
I really thought the worst of this was over, but until things are calmer over there, we're all going to suffer.
It's back to no matter how good company reports are, markets are looking for the one bad thing to whackem.
