For me the next catalyst is sale of NA and general TO speculation.

Unless they profit Warning the FY revised guidance, they will meet the forecast, and guidance for next year will be better.

Just one other thought regarding Cosmens;

It is possible they are increasing to exert more control because they have no confidence in the CFO, or CEO for that matter.

Neither have exactly had even a modestly acceptable first year and 3 years respectively.

Only logical explanation for them continuously increasing is inside info given the proximity of their offices.

Yeah I doubled down at 59 from 127 average so not too far away now.

It has to recover at some stage.

I think a lot depends on one them meeting the revised FY guidance and two the NA sale amount.

If there were talks or definite rumours, this would well over a quid by now.

It happened at 888 when word got out and K Alexander was increasing his stake.

Why would you be worried given they are the largest and most significant holder?

Blocking a hostile low ball offer makes sense.

If off book, makes you wonder where all these available shares are coming from.

What's the angle through now adding through a different company also under cosmen ownership?

And how are they buying so many shares without much sp movement?

I would suggest that the positives about Azvalor are the Spanish connection, although 3% isn't to be sniffed at.

They are well underwater at PFC.

It's Azvalor, another Spanish fund, maybe in the know from whispers in Spain. Possibly Spains investment circles are quite small compared to the UK.
