Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Politicians sold Brexit to the U.K. public like snake-oil salesman. They should be put under severe scrutiny for the damage they caused to the U.K. economy.
What reasons do you think AA have for staying in the LSE? Surely, whichever exchange you use, value will eventually out.. Surely?! Or are we all hopeful fools for investing in LSE listed companies? Idk..
Hi battery, can you please break down these extreme levels of “cash burn” you refer to? Some specific figures would be appreciated. The market is very efficient, and it can only be wrong in hindsight - it just so happens that the market currently values us at $40m+ and has done for a long time.. so unfortunately there is only one thing wrong here and that is your meritless opinion.
NorEsco, like anyone I have good and bad days :). We are all here to make money whether that be buying/selling 10x in a year or holding for 5+ years. If anybody REALLY had such a gripe with this company I’d imagine they’d be turning up in Nicks emails on a weekly basis. Honestly never seen so much trolling of any share
I honestly don’t understand what the issue is with all these nonsense posters. The SP went down on the signing of a “nearly completed” deal, which let’s face it, was half expected. However the fact is Anglo are clearly serious about getting some exploration under way with us, and that should be enough for most to recognise this as a buy/hold. Traders come and go and we can see from historic share prices that between 3-4p there are a lot of traders here. So let them do their thing in silence instead of filling this board with cr**.
If you like exploration companies this is as good as it gets, fully funded for years to come. If you don’t like or understand exploration companies or AIM in general then move onto another board, simple!
ARC do not have a defined resource you are right, they do however have a deal in the pipeline for £14m of cash from AA, Tingo shares worth $1m and CASA $1.25m of shares. Plenty to keep us afloat whilst AA spend the other £74m on exploration.. What most junior miners lack is funds. We have plenty of avenues for cash in the pipeline.
It sounds like this might be your first rodeo No-resto. We are an exploration company. We have found significant mineralisation on our licences. We have various sources of future cash. And we are now on the brink of free-rolling toward a tier 1 discovery. This is more than 99% of exploration companies receive, and I have seen MANY with valuations way above and beyond what we’re currently valued at.
According to last 6 month report £82.1m closing cash, currently valued around £95m with growing revenue/gross profit. When is full year results?

Must we spoon-feed you everything Ella??
Well, if you would like further information regarding ARCM, or AAL’s move into Zambia, asking investors who have likely not even heard of this seems somewhat idiotic. Speaking to AAL’s investor relations on the other hand will give you the exact answers that you are looking for. Better yet, here is part of the response I received from AAL’s investor relations - “Please see the following release from Arc Minerals on this topic: http://s2.q4cdn.com/256050873/files/doc_news/Arc-Minerals-Limited---Agreement-with-Anglo-American--Investor-Webinar-2022.pdf and I can confirm that release is aligned with what we have agreed with Arc. In terms of why we are interested - we fundamentally believe that the world is short copper and new projects need to be developed to supply into that demand from decarbonisation, electrification and increasing global population.“
