Nice1, very good post. I agree, AB is just not a capable individual and any decision he makes is to benefit himself at the expense of shareholders. I will continue to hold here in the hope that he and we get lucky and I salvage something. I agree with you about HEX, it offers greater opportunity and the management appears solid.

Until there is evidence of material delivery, this is no different to the old MSMN. All that AB has ever demonstrated is an ability to string investors along. and rinse them for cash to pay his salary. Why should it be any different this time?

Difficult to know what to make of today’s RNS, there may of course be a genuine offer out there, but equally I would not be surprised if it has been manufactured as a convenient smoke screen.

Retail offer closes Tuesday , likely Wednesday RNS will state first drill not economically viable. So much for these drills being fully funded! Given their past record you would have to be nuts to participate in this. Before throwing more good money away, ask yourselves this - why would any company dilute existing holders by raising money on the cheap when supposedly they are about to embark on their biggest drill program in years. Answer go ahead now, because they are far from confident of success and desperately need the money. MSMN behaving true to form!

Clearly the market does not see it ending well either. Despite a ‘good’ RNS today the sp has slipped straight back. If the rampers are to be believed why do mNGemnot take the opportunity to back with some serious money of their own?

Given that their operations are in Trinidad ,which att lthe best of times is a very difficult place to operate I do not see any potential for a takeover. Management will be left to continue in their incompetent ways without being held to account.

Johnoo I disagree , had the institutions been aware that such disappointing news was imminent, they would have waited for the inevitable drop and picked the placementt cheaper or not bothered at all.

Results make for depressing reading. Those who participated in the private placement now must be wishing they had not bothered and left wondering if they will ever get their money back, never mind a return on their investment.

Bagzzz, depressingly your post looks to be an accurate assessment of the situation. Hex is increasingly looking like one of those companies that makes all sorts of promises but is incapable of delivering anything of substance.

It’s all about delivery and this company is track record has been one of raised expectations and failure to deliver. Until they demonstrate they can follow through the share price will continue to languish.

Personally, I am astonished that they managed to get a placement away at that price in view of repeated failure of management to deliver shareholder value. Perhaps those is taking out the placing know something the rest of us don’t!

I very much doubt that. Whilst an encouraging RNS today, the SP will not move significantly until resources confirmed to be proven and exploitable commercially.
