Fortunately, the RNS stated that they are mindful of dilution resulting from any raise. I would hope that they allow sufficient time for the share price to better reflect the true value of the business, before raising additional funds for acquisition.

More than a little disconcerting that there has been no communication from the company since 13 August. The Board must be sensitive to the fact that shareholders are very concerned about matters and they owe it to us to provide an update on progress and a time line for resolution unless of course there are indeed serious problems.

After the warrants are exercised next year the value of Bitcoin would need to be in the region of $700,00 for the NAV to balance market capitalisation at current share price!
