You are wrong, this is dilution, the placing price is lower than the SP so add the values together, add the shares together, divide them by two and you will have a higher share count and a lower SP.
If the share price stays the same, moves up of down that is market forces not mathematics.
Percentage wise it's only 10% at 11% discount so will make 1.1% of difference in value.

Assays will come when they are ready, sensitive information such as results cannot be held back in order tomanipulate the SP.
As far as AA is concerned, I think you will find XTR is in the driving seat as to when the site is offered for sale, AA only have first refusal if the find goes through 2mt, at a fair market price, IE if it's 3mt that's what XTR will offer for sale and AA will get first refusal. Because it will be an independent valuation, that will be the price and I wouldn't expect AA to try any shinannigans as XTR can simply say "offer refused" and offer it to the world's big miners..
