An accurate summation of what I think also.
The SP tells me I'm not alone in my feelings for the news situation ATM, seen it all before and every day that goes by without assays makes me more apprehensive. CB chooses his battles, you can't blame for it but he has previous and people are wary when he goes quiet.
And todays RNS whilst very welcome and informative stopped short of any mention of the elephant in the room.....ASSAYS
If they are mediocre but we have volume to make a viable find CB should bite the bullet and publish, a dip and bounce now would be forgotten history in 6 months time.

That's what worries me, maybe we can't have a short RNS saying all is well because it isn't.

With respect Tony, the dividend cannot be fact until it is finalized as you said yourself. That's supposition until a concrete date for payment is RNS'd surely.
Your 3rd point is one I agree with, I said as much in my post, it was also inflated IMHO by promises of a Q1 divi, imminent Serenity F/O etc.
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not 100% down with the company, I'm just not happy that, having waited patiently for promised news, that they have not furnished us with said dividend or news on the F/O.
It would also be more PI friendly if they RNS'd us on purchases and drilling (spending our money before they do it)
I don't expect them to seek our approval, just keep us in the loop. The catastrophic duster that set us on a downward spiral in the North sea was drilled in a risky position that none of us (well NEARLY none ) knew about until it was too late, the first we knew was a 40% fall in the SP in about 60 minutes.
I have no wish to be a mud (no pun intended) slinger but my opinion may differ from others here.
I'm still a holder here because this is a producing company with the potential for a great future given the facts (!) furnished by the BOD, the POO and tax credits could not give a fledgling company a better start.
I just wish they would tell us more, more often, demostrating their enthusiasm for their own company would go a long way to bolstering the SP and cost very little overall.

And Drjimjones I can see simple facts and half of what you say are facts are supposition, until half of what you state as a fact actually happens it's only an opinion and a hope not a fact.
The negativity is because of the missed deadlines/promises that resulted in the SP doubling in a few months have not come to fruition on the whole and it's reflected in the buys versus sells in this conpany's shares.
Condescending comments such as you make about facts and the suitability of some people to invest successfully is not helpful and dilutes your professional persona.

You're probably right YoYoMa, the only thing that is sure to happen is the payment of BOD salaries and a likely cashing of 0.00001p warrants.
Dissappointed but not in the least surprised.

It looks like it's not just the Jezzoo that's moaning eh Prickly, judging by the posts here.
We don't all have the ear of CB as you claim to have, oh to be a superior being such as yourself.

When all their free shares are worth jack sh*t the BOD may wish they had less contempt for the markets that values their assets. The profits are owned by the shareholders not the BOD.

This company needs a stand alone CEO, not one that pops in now and again when the momentum of the spinning plate is so slow it might fall off at any time.
Yes I did say chill on this but it's starting to affect my profit margin.

With the SP at the placing price of 5.6p why would they flood the market ( bid price would be lower anyway) with shares they put time and money into for an instant loss.
They will be looking at 10% clear profit at the very least so that's more than 6.20p on the bid.
This isn't a video game, this is real life and real money and real life takes time with the sums involved.

How long has the data room been active for the Serenity F/O ? Must be 18 months
Secondly how long on average does a F/O take to take fruition ?

That's a good question given the huge feud the Aussies are having with China ATM, with talk of reducing chinese interests in Australian companies it could make difference.

Assays RNS could drop at any time, and it's a lot more likely now than a month ago obviously.
Patience is something few possess, ( me included) that's why the SP has drifted to the mid fives, I haven't bought any more, nor sold any.My average is lower than the SP so I'm still in profit, with hindsight if I'd traded the share i'd be about £20k better off but I felt it too risky and now is a time that's it's FAR too risky to trade as CB is too fond of the after hours RNS and the mid morning RNS and the unexpected afternoon RNS for PI's to get caught out on.
If you miss this train when it pulls out of the station, you'll miss out on all that fruit and veg Colin has been taking about.

Pity we aren't tracking it more closely. I think the market is withholding judgement on the BOD until they come up with concrete dates and figures on the dividend. They have a while to go before they make up for Liberator and the mysterious sell off before the RNS that day. About 30p worth to be precise. They obviously have the ability to make money in this industry, a little more communication would go a long way to restoring a measure of trust in I3E.
