I think that's now the problem !, far too much has been said over and over again, pages and pages of it, nit picking over ever little bit. The world and his wife are bored with it all, we won't see much above 30 until somebody gets a sniff of a take over/JV.
What was the result of the last burst of take over speculation and Mathers stepping down ? A 50% uplift, a decent sniff of take over will see that happen again with bells on.

You can see why he pushed a placing through now, I doubt any one would give him the money after yesterdays RNS.

You are correct in all you say, I think when you mentioned Nick Mather you defined what I was saying about "a Solgold timeline" I.E. greed and ego derailing the gravy train.
The situation in Oz couldn't be more ameanable to a quick discovery/production timeline, as you said CB knows a JV is neither wanted or required, there is a lot of meat on the bone here for all parties, greed shouldn't be allowed to spoil it.
CB is considerably older than me (I'm late 50's to answer NicetoMichu's question) so I can't see him wanting a protracted deal either. We are both also from Yorkshire so we don't suffer BS for long too. My post was light hearted and slightly under the influence of Makers Mark.
I'm convinced this discovery will buy me another house in time.

Assays possibly delayed because placings take time to set up, a drop to placing price, assays results and up to a similar SP as (7pish) before but with a truck load more shares in issue.
I was starting to feel the old XTR coming back last week and stated so.
It's jam tomorrow again folks, painful but required and hopefully it will pay off in the end.

That's why I'm not worried, it's been a long time since I've looked to the year ahead with such optimism.

The drift in the SP is almost all down to updates ( or lack of) ATM.
When CB was updating the market and talking to Zak Mir every other day you could have cut the excitement with a knife, now normal service has been resumed, (or busy with one of his other companies) you could blow the excitement away with a cheap hairdryer.
To be honest it's preferable to the old Lenigas way of RNSing so often the PI's stopped reading them.
It's still frustrating though, just have to find something to do in the meantime to pass the time.

I thought the cheap acquisition window was last year, we already have acreage on Clearwater we can drill cheaply to production haven't we ?
Unless I3E can "steal" another producer a la Toscana I don't think it's the best policy.
Just my opinion.

Based on the period that has elapsed between the end of hole one and hole one assays, 4 weeks approx, I'm expecting hole 2 and 3 assays together very soon. That will be two months since hole one results.
Before the end of the week in my opinion unless there has been hold ups at the lab for any reason, CB has been quiet recently, that will change if we get favourable assays, if so I can see a hike in the SP to 8.5 to 9p.
