Having read it again I can see the positives as we don't want to get involved in the 'ard rock phase given it's not been very well investigated. I suppose MMP will take the risk and we will take installments on it coming good.

The problem I see is making sure we get paid as I can't see us getting insurance against it. MMP consist of a private unlisted Mozambique company and associated management. We would have to go after them personally if they don't pay or simply renege on the agreement and that would be quite a chore.
