Genuinely appreciate both your answers - my take is that you both want the company to do well and do right by its holders. That’s encouraging and I think personally that whilst it’s been a stomach churning journey that it’s going to all come good. I think we want the same thing but our approach is different.

This is actually the most interesting takeaway of the day - Omar tweets and then the company tweets exactly the same tweet a couple of hours later. For anyone with any doubts as to the authenticity of Omar's personal tweet, then there is your confirmation today.

Frankly everything else was a distraction - if Yu had just resigned would we have seen today's drop? I suspect not. Just because she got her personal finances into a mess (we do not know the details) then it seems that the company has had to suffer. Traders using this as an excuse and nothing else.

Sharebell - the issued shares quoted on the website is out of date (it quotes the date) - I copied below an extract for an RNS in Aug giving the current umber of shares. The % has changed therefore.

I think it's appropriate to pull out some facts in the face of the blatant over reaction to the SP this morning.

Zhizhi Yu (her formal name) had a bankruptcy peitition lodged by HMRC on 13 Jun 2024 - a private matter that is not connected to the company and which she might have not made the Board aware - we don't know.

The company has made some huge steps forward in recent months on 2 significant projects and we await more news.

The former directors personal financial position is nothing to do with the company other than she was employed as a director and has / had a significant holding.

The Bankruptcy details have yet to be recored on Caseboard (case number BR-2024-000480) and I can't see it is filed on the Gazette yet.

As to whether her share have been sold or yet to be sold - who knows but I con's imagine that the market was given a sell order for 100M shares this morning - but I could be wrong.

People need to chill and focus on the company and not a former member of the Board.

Accordingly, the figure of 3,914,344,012 is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Share go up and down - its not a secret. News can drop here at any moment - that should not be a surprise either.

Its the nature of the game - all players should understand the rules.

Now I'm getting back to everyday life personally whilst the CEO and BoD get on with their job of making this company a success.

Robust results and anyone reading them in isolation would think that we are in a period of growth and prosperity as a nation. Nothing in the narrative really to indicate that anything smells in the state of Denmark. Personally I am not taking any comfort from these results other than the Bank might be better placed than many others to weather the impending financial storm ....hopefully.

With POG at $2747 as I type, the likes of UBS might have to rethink their year end forecast of $2750 and $2900 by the 3rd quarter of 2025 - could be much higher.

We are months away from drilling but there has never been a greater financial incentive to find a world class gold deposit. No guarantees but there is going to be plenty of excitement and a growing number of eyes on the evolving position at Juno.

I can’t imagine there is anyone reading this that disagrees with you on that point.

It’s not a secret and nothing is certain.

BUT the potential is amazing with the diversified projects, near term funding in place and a confident and energised BoD and a CEO who has put his interest free loan money where his mouth is.

It’s a risk but life is a risk.

I’m in and then some!!
