It can be a protracted process as I imagine it involves access to the data room / due diligence / negotiations / legal involvement/ BoD sign off and remember we gave 2 co owners who presumably need to be in agreement - so a complex scenario, But I take comfort from the positive vibes both official and unofficial. One thing I am betting on - an intraday RNS whenever news does come out!

Clued - its a very good question on the opening price - I think we can all guess the initial mood might well be - be thank god, sell and move on..... BUT for me personally, its about where the price is likely to be in 6 to 12 months and my thinking will largely be influenced by facts that we have yet to see - for example what is the new business plan looking like. So for me, whilst the price might drop, it could create a buying opportunity. I can't help but feel that a prospectus price will mirror the recent placings at 0.3 otherwise some big money investors are going to be really upset. So my recommendation is consider all the new facts that should come out and make a judgement where this could go and of course reflect again your own risk / reward appetite.

Whilst I have filtered MH01, obviously I see the green filter notification.

I can’t help but notice that as others start to carp at each other, that the green filters have diminished. Coincidence? Maybe or does it show that the filtered poster is achieving their objective of creating disharmony?

Sentiment is a delicate thing and seeds of doubt can be placed and left to germinate but arguing over small irrelevant points is great fertiliser.

Before you are drawn into personal snipes without direct correlation with the projects perhaps reflect on how it can impact on the mood and sentiment of the board? Just a thought.

Constant reference to negative outcomes and unrelated companies and directors. You simply can not debate with someone on a blinkered fixed agenda. I’ve tried and I have failed.

It would be a great pity if MH01 was a disgruntled GGP investor. I suspect that many (including me) came to or came back to GBP because of Callum and of course he proved himself at GGP. I don’t believe investments should be about binary plays - you can support more than one company and indeed diversification should be at the heart of every investment portfolio. There are huge lessons to take from GGP - geological learning for Callum, an insight into exploration techniques for us non geos and investor behaviour along the lifecycle- still being played out at GGP.

MH01 - my goodness you have been trying to make friends and influence tonight - but little traction I see.

I believe and certainly hope that all invested here understand that this is an exploration company and nothing is guaranteed. The current MC is where the market currently values us - fact - most believe we should be higher and a few like yourself think it should be lower. Most people post and share thought here have a positive bias towards the company because we believe that there is an excellent risk / reward opportunity here. Why you are posting - well that is your business but I personally find it strange. Some people just get off on creating controversy- they may or may not be you. Everyone here has their eyes open as far as I can tell. I haven’t filtered anyone here yet - but the constant negativity is getting tiresome so I have a decision to make I guess.

Wow - thats the £2B question I guess!

So lets get the disclaimer out first before I am accused of being the most blatant rapper on the planet - hypothetically you could envisage a 200 bagger in my view but at what point and for how long - who knows.

We have a partial potential comparable in Haverion but so many things are missing such as Telfer being on the doorstep so significant CAPEX required and that is ignoring the cost of drilling down to any ore body. BUT the big question is what is POG going to be in 2/3 years time and beyond versus the AISC? Already UBS forecasting $3K next year and I imagine that will be conservative.

But dream big and maybe with have overall ore bodies twice the size of Hav (current resource 7M oz's but that is likely to increase) - say we had resource of 20M oz - say POG $5K and AISC $2K = $60B potential (I am dreaming remember!!)

Now how is going to be funded? Dream big and we hit oil with a great JV deal - but I'm not so familiar with oil and so I am not sure what the profit margins are on a barrel of offshore oil and of course there is the Capex of the rigs or rigs etc and we we would be a Juno partner with a major - so anyone with more oil knowledge can guesstimate how that income could contribute to offsetting the gold exploration?

Then we also have the Lassonde curve in terms of gold ming - something that many GGPers will still be kicking themselves over not appreciating and understanding - do your research now - that ones for free.

Of course we also have the unknowns about potential down stream placings and dilution but this is not something to be afraid of it s accretive in value adding activities.

I guess an extremely high level and long winded response of possible but with so many variables ...... who can add to the oil potential revenue element?

Hopefully I have actually raised more questions and points for investors to consider and do their own research. One thing is for sure - I bet we are all going to be on a learning journey here one way or another !!

Personally I think that the operations can be left in the capable hands of Minopex - Robbie's strengths whether you buy into this or not, is the bigger picture, deal making and stakeholder engagement. Mistakes made yes - lessons learned most certainly - onwards and upwards....

IF the stars align (we hit a commercial gold find and we have a oil JV/Farm in with a major) then we could just have GGP on steroids. So GGP Mk 2 as a description might not be enough .....

Its an IF - but not out of the realms of possibility frankly.
