Thanks Swampmonster - I tried to keep my numbers very conservative rather than coming over as rampish but you make a very valid comment on the AISC.

As for your comments on dilution - I couldn't agree more. Hopefully others will read your comments and put the whole dilution issue into greater context.

- my numbers are huge guesstimates really for a point of discussion

- in my experience the market always over reacts, especially in a downward direction - triggered by many things - people just want out or they want out on a temporary bassi because they hope to beat the next person and be able to buy back in lower. If you are successful or not is all about timing of course.

- I am hopeful that we will get a plan with timelines - that might have an influence on any strategy

- I think that Robbie has already called the prospectus price at 0.003 without saying so - otherwise he is going to seriously hack off existing HNW's that put in at this price - so are new holders going to offload below that number? Doubt it personally if combined with a forward looking plan with clear line to production and the confidence that will come with an independent company effectively contracted to run the expansion plan and future operation.

I guess what I am suggesting is that this might not be the binary play that some might think it is. I have no doubt it will be very choppy for a few days and there will be winners and losers in that game. Time for cool heads and assess all the known facts would be my suggestion.

aisc - lets up that to say $1400 p/oz

pog next year - i'm going with $3k - could be more

10b in shares as per bebeto worse case scenario

10k x 1600 - $16m - i don't think it unreasonable for a valuation of 3 times annual income = $48m = 0.0048 c per share / 0.36p. (ok ok i haven't repaid $1m loan - my *** packet isn't that big!)

so not a million miles from the suspension price - but that is next year

2026 - increase production to 20k - pog now $3200 - aisc now $1500 (bloody inflation!) - follow the same calculation and now sp is 0.77p

all my figures are hypothetical but shows that initial dilution might not be that scary after all.

We are on the same page Cybertron - and given the way that this has evolved over the last few weeks, I think that we are in for a regular news flow over the coming weeks - might not all be earth shattering but just keeping the momentum and investor interest and engagement. Lots of media tools out there - I for one would like a joint interview with Callum - his quiet confidence and depth of geological knowledge is a wonder to behold.

Cybertron - I agree - no leak - but for those that have read and reread yesterday's RNS, the overwhelming positivity and dots are there to join up and form your own conclusions on the risk / reward scenario here.

At this stage of there game it is about publicity and exposure to a broad an investor base as possible - anyone following Zac blindly without doing due diligence does it at their peril. Hopefully most that watch him understands that.

Yes I believe that we will do great here as well but not sure there is bad publicity at this particular stage of the game in my view when there is everything to play for.

How else can GR come up with different phraseolgy for every fund raise?

Suggest the CEO's comments are rad carefully - enhancing exploration / positive discussions with our commercial partner in Namibia.

This RNS is more than a loan roll over - it was an opportunity for the CEO to deliver some wider positives here.

However the fact that the CEO is continuing to provide interest free finance here is a rare occurrence in the market - he is clearly supremely confident and he should know!

You have to hand it to the more experienced investors here - their posts contain substance and context. Lessons to be learned for those that wish to learn.

For context on the rate of interest I would make 2 observations

1. Look at the interest rate in your credit card - average in a new card is close to 25%

2. No mention of security so if the company fails he loses the lot

3. Compare his return to the other investor - modest in comparison

4. He could probably make at least 5/6% by keeping it in the Bank

5. I believe finance in Africa is more expensive than the UK but I stand to be corrected
