Tryourbest- I tend to agree. A direct correlation it seems between the potential and number of negative posts from people continuing to say why not to invest. Very transparent in my view and clutters up the board. Oh well - that’s the nature of the beast here.

As some have already mentioned- this is not a surprise . In my opinion it is also not a surprise given the transfer of the audit to a new team - but I also expect the delay to be short lived. It’s a short factual RNS as required but note the last sentence- that did not need to be included. The good news as we have already heard in previous RNSs is that the company are continuing to put the building blocks in place to achieve their strategic goals.

It’s going to be fine - just stay calm.

Tweets are a regular aspect of many companies these days. I think that most if not all investors here will understand the difference between a tweet and an RNS. I am not aware of any legal cases where tweets from CEOs or companies have been challenged but if you know of any please share.

Omar is unlikely to fall into any bear traps in communication in my opinion.

As for your other comments about other posters - noted - but who knows the motives of posters here - other than to make money - like yourself I assume?

Offsets? Offers!!

I read your post a couple of times in case I was missing any wise words. My takeaway is that you simply don’t like his twitter name and he posts about other shares.

He has recently stated that the company has had offsets of funding but he hasn’t taken them up as funds are not currently required for the existing near term .

Espen - my personal opinion is that you can imagine a series of events and discoveries that could lead to a £1B + company within your timeframe but its far too early to say that will be the case. There are so many variables that we don't know the answers to at the moment - the 2 current key questions being 1. a Namibian Farm In deal - it needs to get over the line and on what terms ..... and 2. we need to strike gold in commercial quantities.

Omar has said that either of these could lead to a £1B company - so I guess if both come in .....

In terms of comparison with GGP - I would recommend reading all their RNS's from when the price startec to move in 2019 to understand their journey - there are lessons along the way and an understanding of the Lassonde Curve is a must in my view.

Everyone has to make their own risk / reward decision here based on known facts - no crystal ball here to quote Omar below.

A: Let me assure you we are fully aware of the dilution element and for me to say we won't have it along the way is not true but preserving long term shareholders and making sure they get significant growth is firmly the plan especially from these low valuations imo.

I am appalled at the jumbo tweet question just now. Thankfully I think we have a CEO who knows that the vast majority of holders do appreciate his efforts and that unfortunately there is always an element that you simply can not reason with.
