Bobat - its an exploration company and that is almost always the case and it might be here. Why 'might'? Because there is an ace up the sleeve with Namibia but Omar will only play the card if the deal was right.

We have money for the initial drill campaign.

If there is an need to raise funds I would anticipate that would be to expand exploration based on postive initial drill results - but what would the SP be then and we know Omar is well connected to money - look how he was able to raise the money recently. And who is to say that a major doesn't come along early doors and makes us a compelling JV offer that pick up the costs?

So many ways this can pan out Bobat.

Anyone in GGP would do well to consider taking a little froth off the top (assuming they are in profit) and stick it here. I am a huge long time supporter and existing shareholder in GGP - but for me in possible % gains terms in the next 12 months - GEO is where it is at - yes of course that comes with far increased risk than GGP but its a risk that I am happy to take, with feet in both camps.

We are almost overdue the next news on Juno - the impatient have bailed far too early here and we are currently sitting at 50% of the recent placing price. Penny dropping with some maybe?

Once we start to get more news flow from Callum, just watch this move. Callum’s reputation had already been written into recent gold mining history- and this could be times times bigger. I’m not sure people understand the potential enormity here.

I want to keep tapping the screen when I read MCAP sub £2M - like that can’t be correct!

I wonder whether we will get evidence soon that the American retail investor have at last woken up to the benefits of gold as a hedge / store of value in times of inflation and economic uncertainty. Certainly the main markets are loading up and send to new all time highs.

There will be further huge tailwinds to miners profit bottom lines and that will be reflected in stock prices starting with the majors and flowing down to juniors and explorers- but it takes time. We are only a few months away from the start of the Juno drill campaign. IF we hit commercial grades and IF the potential size truly works out to be circa 5x Haverion, majors will be lining uo to offer good terms for a JV. For those that rode the first wave in the Lassonde curve, if the ducks line up here, then expect the same here but potentially even more exaggerated in the speed and highs.

The second half of the year could be remarkable and just the start.

People are normally remembered for their last play. Nothing guaranteed but I think Callum wants another big pay day and a legacy which will be hard to beat.

It will almost certainly be a closed period at the moment.

I think it would be a hugely positive conviction statement however if he chose to receive remuneration in shares and helped conserve cash reserves for exploration activity.

Clearly we have a way to go - but hopefully JB's comments will give comfort to LTHs, after all the pontification here, that they will end up with nothing .....

"Reengagement" - that means for some in the data room it is probably no longer about analysis - we know that at least one suitor was happy from a technical perspective but the powers above decided at the time it wasn't a good strategic fit - well the moves on (and doesn't it just!) and maybe it now fits - in which case it's about negotiation and the best deal. Doubt our CEO will accept a first offer though if there is a beauty parade in the offering.

Morning all. And apologies for not being on here and engaging as perhaps many of you are expecting. Just on a short family break and back for next week and hopefully refreshed and refocused. A lot to do here. Great to get the Kili accounts out and we now work with UK auditors to wrap up the Caracal accounts and hopefully soon. It’s then straight into wrapping Uk the interims to 31 Dec 2024 which also need to be lodged before the relisting and are also needed for the Prospectus. Recapitalisation and restructuring of the balance sheet is on going. A lot to debt incurred over past period of suspension and which needs to be converted to equity. We need to also have sufficient funding in place to allow a measured restart of gold mining operations at Kili. This needs to be done in a responsible manner and to ensure all stakeholders are able to see value in the future operations which obviously includes the long term shareholders here amongst others. As also mentioned in RNS further board restructuring to come and details on the recapitalisation and restructuring too. I appreciate everyone wants answers and details and these will be provided in due course and once we are in a position to do so. Clearly our goal is to be relisted as quickly as we can given the gold price environment, however there is much to do from an administrative and regulatory perspective and all of which will be advised in due course. Thanks again for your support and of more importance, your patience too.

As the founding Director and former Chief Technical Officer of Greatland Gold PLC, Baxter led the efforts that resulted in the identification of this significant mineral deposit in the Paterson Range of Western Australia in 2018. The exploration team under his leadership at Greatland Gold employed targeted drilling strategies and modern geophysical techniques to uncover the high-grade zone at Havieron. This discovery was a collaborative effort by the Greatland Gold team, which later entered into a joint venture with Newcrest Mining, Australia’s largest gold producer, to further develop the project. A good RNS on Juno with Callum making appropriate positive comments and we will grab attention. Omar's last tweet is probably all we need to know as existing investors - the next news will be good - and it must be close now. There is a methodical exploration process to follow and it isn't jut about geological analysis - there is a lot of bureaucracy for permissions and also getting the right calibre experts to deliver the next on the ground results. Then of course we have the drill team - it would be great to learn if they are from the same stable that hit Haverion. Anyone - one step at a time.
