Whilst my focus in on Juno, clearly Omar has a wider focus - good to see.

Market has a track record of overreacting- some will exit straight away and then regret it. Some will try and play the short term volatility- best plan is to have a plan and sometimes the best plan can be to do nothing.

Expect E0803792 to be granted late October given past timescales.

That isn't going to hold anything up given we now have 3 large exploration licenses in the bag.

For those of you who have followed Callum in the past, you know he is a quiet chap who never appears comfortable in front of the media - that's not his thing and also he is shareholder and providing his technical expertise - he isn't a board member. He is however a living Geo legend in Australia and remember he and his team were responsible for finding Haverion. He is an expert at finding deep cover deposits - absolutely at the top of his game. There is a reason he secured the initial licence E0803497 early and there is a reason he has recommended that all 3 surrounding licences were applied for. I believe that 2025 H2 is going to see the sort of excitement that was seen in his previous discovery - but now we have a better idea of just what deep cover can be potentially hiding. Omar has every reason to be taking about potential £B+ MCAP futures on Juno alone.

Just my perspective on the RNS - its good to have certainty on the status of the permit - we know where we are. The other line that sticks out fof me - "The process took longer than anticipated due to enhancements to the technical scope and the need to finalise and align all supporting documentation to the satisfaction of the regulator." - this isn't applying for a building permit for a house extension - this is going to be complex, technical, detailed and clearly there has been a lot of onging discussions with the regulator - note 'satisfaction'. I'm not sure what external scruitniny will take place outside of the regulator but it sounds like the regulator at least will be very familiar already with the application and this will not be landing cold on their desk. Always good to engage with key decision makers early in an application process - check their requirements and make sure you are giving them everything they need - making their job easier is always a good strategy. And it just make the process quicker as well!!

Amazingly quiet here - very surprising

The other point that occurs to me is that as well as seeing a positive message to shareholders, it also sends a couple of messages to those in the data room - 1. Brian will not be under time pressure to conclude a quick deal on less than favourable terms 2. That time will also allow those in the data room that are not as advanced as others in their analysis, time to complete and consider making an offer

The terms of the strategic investment should give every holder a lot of comfort - no discount - that's rare! They must have been persuaded that a deal will be done. Brian can give full focus on an negotiations rather than worrying about cash-flow for the time being.

I think you might be surprised. There will be some warrant holders will understand the potential additional tail wind that news that they have been exercised will give. Time will tell.

I suggest that people consider carefully about selling just below 0.15 - we know that there are warrants at 0.15 - I suspect warrant holders will be waiting until the price exceeds 0.15 so they can then sell and replace with a slightly higher number - market is informed- cash into the coffers and further demonstrates confidence and hopefully SP rises. Everyone wins. Makes sense to me.

Then form your own opinion. Don't ignore the facts and the potential because someone is shouting from the rooftops - they could just be right.

For anyone that uses Grok - ask the question - what should the MCAP be for an East African gold mining company producing 9000 oz pa ( let’s be conservative) - with POG at $3200 / AISC $1700 and JORC resource 1.3M oz

Legalwolf - I am sure that there will be many that over react and sell without the cool calm thought process that SW is advocating. The MMs will see it as an opportunity to flush out the week holders who will only be looking backwards and not to the financials created by the POG. We now have a good idea that AISC is circa $1700 and with POG say at $3200 that's a clear $1500 GP per oz. The last business case had GP circa $550 per oz from memory. With 1.5M oz JORC resource and a restructured balance sheet and a 3 month lead in to generating gold, people need to think long and hard before crystallising a loss I would suggest. But each to their own and some will try and drop the price to get in cheaper and some will just need the cash. We all have different needs, views and outlooks.
