interesting that people are prejudging before they know the facts.

we have a new bod and there will be a new production management team.

we have a jorc resource of 1.3m oz.

if jb can restructure the balance sheet and present a viable business case, i suggest that is the time to make a decision.

i’m expecting short term volatility on relisting but that will be due to a mixture of need and greed. there will be those that are desperate for long tied up capital and those that simply want to get a cheap entry price.

jb mentioned aisc of between $1650 & $1750 - i was guessing at $2k for my *** packet calculations - suggest people do their own sums with the pzog and the true value in the ground of our jorc resource, irrespective of ifrs treatment in the balance sheet.

For new potential investors suggest you do your own research and importantly watch the recent interviews with the CEO. Nothing guaranteed but the risk reward potential here is huge - feels like a question of when rather than if, but make you own opinion. There is a couple of great Telegram groups as well - one dedicated to news and interviews and the other for chat.

Very encouraging messages put out by JB - clarity on next steps and his priorities. Also good to see him giving Robbie and the team credit for what they achieved in getting to this point of 'passing the baton' over.

I'm still holding out hope for a Juno update before then based on the last RNS comment regarding dataset modelling in coming weeks.....next week maybe?

Given the appointments announced this morning, I seriously doubt that they all came on board to oversee the demise of Caracal.

Hopefully the questions on funding will be addressed in the coming weeks.

You can't get away from the JORC resource and the POG.

There are several local political issues to resolve and the BoD appointments are a clear sign of intent to put this company back on the correct footing on all fronts - balance sheet / political / production / growth and profitability.

I'm not saying it's going to be easy and for LTH's probable dilution might cause short term angst BUT I would encourage everyone to consider carefully what plan is produced and consider the known gold in the ground and potential to actually increase the JORC resource in the future.

Question - if POG had fallen to say $1300 - would it be meaningless?

I sometimes wonder at the business acumen on here but then I am presupposing that people understand basic business principles I guess.

Last viable business case presented from Dec 2022 - at that time POG $1650 - AISC $1095 - GP $555per oz

Now POG is $3450 and lets go over the top and say AISC is $2000 - GP $1450per oz

Questions / observations?

I just do not understand posts claiming that the POG is not relevant if we are not producing. Don’t posters realise that it is 100% relevant to the business case that will be put in front of potential investors to provide the funding?

We are all frustrated but the POG is fundamental to us getting back to production.

He was up beat (hopefully not up debt!) - please excuse my fat fingers

Its a fine line that a CEO must walk whilst doing an interview in case he lets slip market sensitive information. I think he covered all the main topics and whilst he said himself that nothing was guaranteed, he was up debt and appeared confident that a deal would be made. The edge of your seat comment suggests that he believes that it will be sooner than later but again he was honest about the past and deals not coming to fruition. People tend to pull out the features to suit their own agenda - for me he came over as honest and very optimistic. The fact that they have already got over the technical and commercial hurdles with a major in the past is a huge plus - and if the experts in the data room concur, it will be down to board rooms / strategic fits and ultimately negotiation. Sounded like parties were at different stages of their analysis - it would make sense to allow them all time to finish unless there was a deal too good to be true that required an immediate decision. I suspect there must be something in the NDAs to cover off such eventualities but I'm no expert in writing NDAs.

When questioned about news - the second millino dollar question asked- he went with the repsonse that "we should be on the edge of our seats to be frank" - no gurantees but the best position yet.
