Fingers firmly crossed Moneymaker. They have had the time to get their ducks lined up but I guess until they actually start work on reopening the mine there will always be unknowns in what it takes to bring this back into production - the fact that they access to up to £20M at the moment is a comfort though and if and when they / us / everyone has a clearer path and timeline to production, then the added certainty could well open up further access to funding if required. One would have thought the first hurdle of the deal should be none one way or another by the end of next week otherwise the BoD really should put out another holding RNS in my view.

With the amount of skin that AB has in the game here one can only assume that he is going to move heaven and earth to get the best deal for shareholders. It can not be too long now before we find out.

With respect we do not yet know what SW is - the only thing we do know is that we did not strike the mother lode with the first drills - but this is exploration and Haverion was an exception. They have identified pathfinder elements and adding to their understanding where to target next. We really do need to stop thinking in terms of 'bad' results - a bad result is no trace of anything of interest and that is simply not the case. Listen to our former CEO and the likes of Magic on this board I suggest.

I get the feeling we are entering the last phase of the beginning to what I hope will be a very exciting 18 months. As has been said the worst case scenario is we have 50% of a very promising mine with a relatively short lead in to production - best case scenario we have 100%. We are not far away from finding out.

Not all trades are being reported here - I know I keep saying it but I have made a number of purchases this week - lets just say on the higher side of what is being reported here and I think there are 3 of them now that have not been reported. Not sure if this is an LSE thing or what but the full trade story is not being revealed here.
It should be an really interesting couple of weeks as people try and second guess what the next RNS will bring. I am here for the next couple of years at least assuming that BMV continue to keep the mines for that long.

So again today - I am struggling to get an instant quote for even £1K worth but they are quoting 3.85p for a £10K sale. The MM's are desperate for shares here - they know what is coming!

Appreciate the explanation MasterRSI - you have answered my question - the purchase is in shares - I had assumed that the placing was the vehicle to generate the cash to purchase the company, which is how my research prior to asking the question, positioned the acquisition process. Must be more than one way to purchase - share or cash or combo.

I must admit to still trying to get my head around SPAC's. From what I can glean this company raised £1.316M gross before expenses and there are now 57,367,211 ordinary shares in issue and at todays price of 8.75p that makes the current MC £5.019M.
So there is a balance sheet with cash assets - after costs but lets say £1.3M anyway, and the market is valuing this at just over £5M.
If I have this correct so far I am not sure I understand the comment about having the SP as high as possible to make it cheaper to buy another company? The company has what it has in terms of cash - the SP has got nothing to do with what funds the company have to acquire a company.
Genuine question - what am I missing here? Will the company issue more shares as part of any purchase agreement and that is why it is good to have a higher SP?
