Excellent - thanks Chris. The way Simon answered the question it seems clear that SAU are working in a pragmatic and ethical manner to help facilitate the best of outcomes for both companies. I can relax now and wait for the confirmation RNS in due course that the paperwork is complete.

since the last RNS - either the BoD of both companies are playing the longest game of poker or their legal advisers are making a killing on fees (maybe both!).

I am still amazed that this is so far under the radar. I don't believe in ramping other stocks on differing BB's on LSE - but I am so sorely tempted with this share!

Google finance have us at 4.27 at the moment. If we get the news we are waiting for and a clear timeline to production.....well if you reading this, you already know the rest....

SAU released unrelated news last night. Does this smooth the way to release the news we are hoping for?

Nice for Zac to give the publicity but pure chartist feedback and no mention of the potential company making news that we are all hoping for. Very solid day today and still so cheap if this all comes to fruition.

Given the potential here, this is still relatively under the radar. We are overdue news and hopefully a positive outcome to the negotiations with Southern Gold.

Napthman - 12 months ago we were at 5.2p - I tool the liberty of rounding up our current SP to 20p - I think you are referencing the whole of 2020, i.e. just over 15 months ago.

I'm the last 12 months we have increased roughly 300%.

Given the pace that NC are moving forward with Hav and the rest of the portfolio exploration, can anyone imagine a 200% rise from here in the next 12 months? ....... I can.
