In the world of gold exploration and mining it takes on average between 10 and 20 years to get a prospect to the stage of gold production. We will be there with Haverion within approximately 5 years from commencement of the JV with NC. Remarkable speed by any benchmark. We will then have a cash generating project - cash which can be used to produce a dividend and / or continue to expand the asset base and / or move forward projects to further monetisation events. In timelines, most II's will be taking a medium and long term view of course as will many PI's, myself included. The recent SP movements are disappointing and frankly without any reasonable justification other than we are perhaps for the moment out of vogue. I find it difficult to envisage that this will continue, the closer to monetisation we get and who knows maybe another Tier 1 discovery at some point - but even without another Tier 1, we already have Haverion.
There will be a large number fo recent investors now sitting on a paper loss - never a pleasant experience but every investor has been there at some point or other unless they have been incredibly lucky. I strongly believe that we will see a return to the previous highs and beyond and it just requires patience - we are waiting for the passing of time and a continuance of NC doing what they do best - I know that time can not be stopped but the perception of time can be distorted - such as when you are waiting for an eagerly awaited event.
In short - stay calm and get on with life - your GGP investment is in the best of hands in the meantime.
