Looks like a last minute game of hard ball and then a deal will be done. It is in everyones interest one way or another to make this work. This is one case where I believe patience will be rewarded .... and then some.

I am continue to watch this share and SP movements with interest. I am not invested but I am an observer of investor behaviour here. Anyone thinking about investing without any information on the company that might eventually use this shell, should seriously do some research on the associated risks - without any news you are investing entirely blind frankly which is not really investing imo - it is a pure gamble. Good luck.

If the deal was a full buyout with SAU walking away, why would BMV state:
The Company believes that it is only by bringing about gold production in South Korea that value can be both realized and substantially increased and therefore it is in both Company's interest to advance the process of construction.
Why would it be in SAU's interest unless BMV are trying to tie in a royalty deal and knock something off the asking price in the process without dilution? Maybe the discussion is at the stage of what that royalty deal might look like and over what period of time?

I love the opportunity and potential here.
I do not like the silence from the BoD when there is an RNS with a date line drawn up. They need to understand they have shareholders here. Hopefully I will be in a better frame of mind after the news is announced.

Should be an interesting day here given that news is expected on Tuesday. Trying to look into my crystal ball and see any downsides apart from the usual sell on news brigade (which only goes to provide a cheaper top up price) and all I can come up with is a note stating that both parties are happy to delay further, but given we should have access to funding I am not sure why that would happen. The other question is around any Covid impact and ability to get the right experience within the team to get the work underway to reopen the mines but given we have not heard much from the BoD I would hope and except that they have been hard at work maturing their plans in this regard.

The company needed to disclose the facts in the RNS today - 3 drills out of 7.
The ongoing mood music and sentiment of the BoD is contained within today's interview with GH needs to be considered alongside those facts.
For months we have been rightly congratulating and thanking GH and CB for their vision and foresight in getting GGP to where it is today.
I for one do not intend to change my optimism on new explorations until the BoD do. They have a particular good track record don't you think?
In the meantime we are already sitting on a gold mine!
Those of a nervous disposition need to turn off their screens for a few days pending the next NCM update - mmmmm I think I might have given that advice in the past - old age repeating myself or is it just old age and been there, seen it?

Could it be that they are hoping for a further increase in copper prices based on the Biden stimulus incentive? Time will tell.

Whilst I continue to watch with interest on announcements and SP movements (I am not invested) I would strongly advise people to do some basic research on the risks involved in SPAC investing. Just google it. This is a good live education piece in AIM investment and how herd instinct and FOMO can influence behaviour.

Thanks DadyBB. It looks a little like hope on the back of a speech. I wish all well but will wait for more substance to what this very new fund is going to do with it,s capital which frankly is not that much in amount.

What am I missing here? They raised £1.3m less than month ago - shares at 3p and now they are trading at 8p? What have they purchased or are we saying that the cash raised is now worth circa £3M? I don't get it.

The rise caught my eye - can anyone advise what they have invested in? Nothing on the website that I could spot.

The game is certainly hotting up this morning - a few minutes ago I could do a dummy purchase for £10K and now even a £1K purchase goes to a nego trade.
