I think that many are on the sidelines waiting for certainty and others are getting bored because they are chasing another stock now. Happy with whatever they agree at this stage - the numbers are minuscule considering the potential here - lets just get on with it imo and get this puppy producing.

A fantastic businessman who GGP will always be indebted to, for his partnership with CB for bringing us to this stage. He has never put a foot wrong and has even timed his departure to perfection.
Shaun Day looks like the ideal successor and his energy and experience was on display for all to see in the interview this morning. People (PI's) can get nervous with change, especially given the excellent performance over the last 12 months - but this appointment is perfect at this pivotal point in GGP's evolution.
