I believe that Robbie reads these boards to keep his finger on the pulse of private investor sentiment - he knows that we are waiting on the assay results that he referenced in his last media interview- I don't believe he will hold these back prior to a listing. Remember he has put his personal money where is his mouth is - I think we might just be surprised with an intraday RNS but pure conjecture on my part. It would send a subtle message to traders as well.

Mr Stillie included this statement in his commentary on his appointment:

To assist in achieving the funding package, as a major shareholder of BMV, Southern Gold’s sale of 50 million BMV shares will result in approximately $0.9 million that will be directed towards our exploration activities. With our remaining shareholding of 150 million BMV shares currently in 12-month lock-in, I look forward to an increase of our shareholding value which has a current market valuation of $5.8 million.

There you go - SAU expect BMV shares to increase in value - I am sure that if they can help in any way that they will do - it's in their interest to do so.

I am personally expecting an update in the next 2 to 3 weeks - nothing happens fast here - but that might all be starting to change of course with the statement of proof of concept this year! Bring it on.

It if coincides it would make sense to Legalwolf but I think it is entirely up to the company whether it is one or kept separate to keep production and exploration apart.

By way of balance, the Patterson and associated companies is not a binary play in my view. The amounts invested should in theory reflect the risk and as a long standing GGP holder it's easy to drive a bus through the points in '3' but this is a WSBN BB.

Proof of concept for gold production by the end of 2022 - a mere 8 months away. We should see a big tick up here well before that though.

Obviously everyone now waiting for the news. Caracal have been known to drop an intraday RNS and we are now in the timeframe that Robbie forecasted he and we would receive the assay results. Don't read anything into any delays - remember that they can't control when they will get the results down to the specific day. Also usual caveat about any market reaction to news - form your own opinion and not necessarily what the SP does straight away - this is a journey.

I was just replaying the stockbox interview that Robbie participated in at the end of last month, as we wait for news. I had switched off after Robbies bit without realising that you would talk later as part of a group chat with the other interviewees. I pricked my ears up at the ESG discussion - I really think that this is an incredibly important part of Caracal's strategy - not only is it the right thing to do but it makes great business sense and I imagine will be a key part of the messaging for the local HNW individuals when we get the dual listing.

Agreed Mickey - as with most stocks, this is one to take the macro view on. Results literally any day now but it is the strategy / direction and pace of delivering against that roadmap that investors should be looking at.
