Any sniff of an interview?

For what ever reason and by whomever, there is a steady transference of stock. It will not be forever at these current SP levels and hopefully the assay results which we should have hopefully by the 17th will encourage more buyers or who knows, dissuade from the current seller/s from selling more at this time. Stock of course will always be transferred - it's why they call it a stock market.

Pompal - agreed - the very reason he purchased the shares was to show solidarity with the existing holders and confidence in the future direction of the SP. He can only do so much from his own pocket. The real talking is done with the drill bit and production facilities along with keeping local government on side with. sustainable business strategy.

Check out google finance this morning and look how the price can move on relatively small trade - watch when we get a real positive update with a timeline!

For those believers amongst you in terms of positive outcomes here - and whilst we all think that the current SP is a joke - just remember one thing - he/she who laughs last, laughs longest!

Lets see whether forthcoming assay results and resourced resource update help to bring clarity to the situation and sanity to the SP.

I am all for the company watching costs but there are also local political considerations and social responsibility aspects in job creations. If we consider a very conservative profit of say $500 per oz (and that is after the AISC which include labour) and an average Kenyan salary of $1270pa - 12% increase by $150 per annum per worker - the likely direction of POG is likely to make good that increase in the next 18 month on just 1 of our Oz sold per worker. Just for context. The bigger picture for me is having a well motivated work force with the background support of he government and local community - it makes sense on so many levels to me.

It's 12% on a small number andI am all for paying the workers a decent wage for hard graft. I would encourage the BoD to go further than the minimum frankly - without the workers just what do we have here?

Just reviewing the trades from yesterday - presumably someone grabbed a bargain purchasing 3.5M just after the sale of 1.85M
It is going to be an interesting couple of weeks in the build up to receiving the latest assay results!

I think that the fact they used the word "hope" says it all and as we know this is in the hands of a 3rd party. In the big scheme a week or so outside of the anticipated delivery date is totally acceptable in my book. It really is par for the course for miners in Oz.

And there should be a buzz - lots to buzz about.
1. Robbie demonstrating confidence with buying stock / demonstrating he is listening to his shareholders (morning Robbie!)
2. Assay results end of May and my goodness just listening to Robbie about the 10 targets for the future!
3. Resource update by end of June
So much to be positive about in the near term and so much to look forward to during the rest of 2022 and beyond.
Full disclosure - I am a big fan of this company and the energy being displayed across the team to take the strategies forward. Also really liked the references last night to the interaction with the government and local miners - sustainability is not just a flavour of the day - it makes good commercial sense as well as ethical sense. Helping to reduce environmental impact from artisan miners is simply the right thing to do.

Not a million miles way - before Whatton maybe he was renting in West Bridgford (unless my memory is failing and I am confusing him with one of the other greats) which is where I went to Rushcliffe in secondary. Certainly might have been in the same pubs though as the Vale of Belvoir was my pub crawl touring ground - so many great pubs there!

So whilst we will not get new news I am expecting heaps of positivity and listing all of the forthcoming news topics - he can even use some of the posts here, that have articulated them so well. We are clearly at a turning point for the company and with the forthcoming listing and presentations to local HNW individuals, this is a great show case opportunity for Robbie. Good luck to you sir!
