So the data is there hydro - I would thought it would have been relatively straight forward for the FCA to take the data for all companies and do the calculations - introduce a fine for breaches. Far too simple I know and obviously falls into a not my job bucket.

It's a Bank Holiday here in Jersey on Monday celebrating the liberation from German occupation in WW2. I don't want to draw any parallels of course between war and money but I would welcome news on Monday to liberate us from this trading range hopefully!

Interesting and not surprised Costa as I am not sure which body is overnighting. The regulations come from the FCA but who is enforcing? I had corresponded with the company register on a recent issue and they could not identify my holding from their records as presumably my shares are in a institutions nominee name that can contain any number of holders stock. If anyone can explain how this is over sighted I would be interested to learn.

AIM / LSE main market - the investors are the same bunch and it is the beneficial owner whose responsibility it is to raise the TR1. I bet most investors here will probably not even realise the difference BUT when we are talking several thousand pound worth one would expect a degree of sophistication from whoever is selling. The emphasis is on the beneficial owner though and not the company as far as I know.

Potentially sloppy admin yes - but it is the responsibility of the beneficial owner to submit the tr1 if appropriate - the question is how is this policed if at all and by what entity?

This stock is at the higher end of the risk spectrum and of course at the higher end of the potential rewards if at some point a deal comes to fruition. We know it's a big IF - that's the risk. Everyone investing here should have known the risk and they made a decision. Lots including myself are underwater but that was a risk I was prepared to take at the outset alongside losing the whole amount. I invested a very small proportion of my money here for a bit of excitement - very much like gambling frankly and that was a conscious choice. Suggest people either learn lessons for the next time if they are very unhappy or take whatever investment decision you want to. My cards are still on the table and personally I am not leaving the table any time soon. Love the 20% full analogy - isn't that is what life is about - looking for the positives.
