I fully agree Suggins - I would say to anyone sitting on the fence here - listen to the interviews and understand what is happening before the market catches up with the reality. So much news still to come and so much confidence being exuded by Robbie. And this is not a one man show - he has a great team supporting him with such an array of experience - the speed of progress is truly phenomenal.

I am invested in both. It is not a binary decision. Diversification / spread your risk and investment. The comments so far are meaningless without context. Suggest anyone interested in either stock do their proper due dilligence and research and depending on your risk appetite you might want to apportion money in both accordingly.

The last one was from someone I filtered. No dea who. I am a patient chap and tried to engage and debate with all but filtered a few who I just could not have sensible dialogue with. I can only imagine they are really fed up with the recent positive news. If they have seen the light however good luck to them.
Almost feels crowded here today but a few of us hoped this day would come.

Context context context chaps - sound bites out of context just start rumours and speculation.

Suggins - anyone reading the Tweet will know that this was an artisanal mining outfit and nothing to do with Caracal. Anyone taking an interest in GCAT will have listened to the recent interview with Robbie when he referenced the artisanal miners and their activities and how they were trying to support the government in working with these type of mining outfits to prevent continued environmental pollution. The Tweet actually raised awareness of the issue and underpins that GCAT and it's sustainable mining strategy is supporting the fight for good.

Itsyou - I didn't know that but it makes entire sense and also underlines the gap between the interview taking place and being put on line - the sign off requirements that StockBox referenced to me in an email.

Definition of ramping: drive up the price of (a company's shares) in order to gain a financial advantage - source of definition Oxford Languages.
The company have been setting out their strategy and targets. That target is a run rate of 24K oz pa. The deadline to hit the run rate is the end of 2022. They have re-emphasised that they re on track.
Is this ramping? Seriously?? Is silence preferable?

Mickey - as always there will be a logical explanation - Robbie has had an incredible busy time flying back to Africa and now he has returned to London. There is a sign off requirement - StockBox have confirmed this. We don't know the internal governance within Caracal for that sign off - I doubt it is in Robbie's hands alone. So who I to say whether it is overdue or not? As investors we need to understand that we live in a world dictated to by governance - bane of my life when I was working for a large corporate but that is the commercial world we live in. My suggestion is we all look to understand before we jump to the negative what if's. First stop - lets listen to the interview which StockBox when it's out.
